Administrative Penalty Tribunal

Parking tickets in Toronto are a massive money grab, and officials often show no common sense. Have seen many interactions with power tripping parking officials. Have recieved tickets that no tax payer should receive. When you try to fight tickets there is no real unbiased authority, and they use vague and illogical rules to make you pay, and circumstances don't matter. They will also argue that the app and physical organization are mutually exclusive entities which is ridiculous. Makes me sad how far Toronto is falling, and parking is one area where you see a massive money grab.

Absolutely disgusting money grab from the city against law-abiding citizens. As a student, expecting me to pay $450 for an unlawful ticket and giving little to no accommodation is absolutely deplorable. There wasn’t even any warning of some sort. I have pictures and evidence that I was not parking illegally and yet what I say does not matter because they’re crooks.I tried reaching out to the tribunal but they’re heartless thieves with no concern for the citizens. To make matters worse, the officer that gave me the ticket is on twitter showing off how many tickets she gives to people like it’s some kind of pathetic power move. Her name is Sabrina Kloetzig.
