We had a property that needed a special type of agent. My husband is a real estate agent and we had a very reasonable price we went with one that value was 530 and told their agents that we just wanted their advertisements.Well they didn't even put up a sign. Didn't broadcast. Treated our property as an easy sell and over priced it by 60 k we told them we were fine with 500k.First week on market and I had to tell them to lower it to 525 just to get an offer.They explained the market js hot that's why they priced it this way. My property got damaged and I asked for their team to be there for open houses.they told me they were too busy. 10k commission and they were too busy. I took a 505 deal just to get out of buisness with these guys.

Had them enter my property with no notice and take down my beware of dog sign I put up because we live on redwood street and have a lot of scary people around our house. They didn’t even leave the sign after removing it even though I paid for it. My first night here the basement flooded from no gutters and we waited a week for that to be fixed.the basement was mouldy and I repaired the whole laundry room for a very fair price. They promised a lawn mower and that the back yard was clean and there is garbage stacked back there after the snow melted. I feel taken advantage of and don’t appreciate my experience here so far.
