My wife and I absolutely love this place, and frequently plan our trips so as to make sure there's time to stop in on the way through.The latés are magnificent, pastries are just right, and the staff is always pleasant and kind.If you like a good local business where the service will make you feel at home, give Café O a shot. They'll not disappoint.**Patio is dog friendly too!**

Cafe O is a relaxing place to spend time at, given its soothing interiors and cozy nooks and corners. They also have a row of books to choose from and spend the afternoon reading by one of their windows.We tried their cafe mocha and chocolate caramel cake, both of which were not too sweet and just the way we would’ve preferred. I’d definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for a good cafe in KW.

Cafe O has the best fresh coffee experience in KW, in my opinion.Two weeks ago I stopped in for coffee and a bran muffin. My table tipped my coffee to the floor, breaking the cup. The owner apologized and checked the table, to find a support missing. She moved me to another table and replaced my cappuccino, again apologizing. Friendly, great service from her and her staff, then and every time I visited.Also the best bran muffin I have ever tasted!The ambiance at Cafe O is great. I love this independent business and continue to tell friends about it.Karen W

What more can I say about the Cafe O team... they are spectacular. My family and I are not only regulars at the cafe, which provides a perfect ambiance (plants, books, nice music) but we also used them for our morning wedding event.Gabby, Irina, Nusha, Emily and the rest of the team are so just so easy to work with. It feels as though you're working with family or people you've known for 20 years. They are do'ers, and go getters. They customized the event for our needs, and took on many extra projects and requests we had.Don't hesitate, just book them for your backyard wedding; you and your guests will never forget it!Thank you again Cafe O Team!

This place is a local favourite. The coffee is amazing, and the service is friendly. One of the best things about this place is the interior decor—it’s filled with light and lots of plants. There is also ample seating if you want to come and work or just socialize with others.

Firstly I would like to say the atmosphere and staff are friendly. Nice place to duck into on a rainy January day. That being said, I went in for coffee, and the unfortunate reality is that their coffee could be better.Their bags of coffee do not have a date they were roasted. They do not have a one way valve to let the co2 escape. Both were red flags but because of the price I thought I’d take my chances. After getting home and opening the bag, my fears were confirmed. The medium roasted Ethiopian coffee was more like a dark roast, with unpleasant aromas of burnt and more burnt. Side by side with another Ethiopian coffee I have, the Cafe O coffee is significantly darker, with a slight sheen to them.Too bad because I live fairly close by and really like the atmosphere, but I won’t be buying coffee from there again, but it was nice to see that at 3pm it was busy.

Friendly staff, decent food, and drinks. My matcha latte didn't come with a latte art, which makes me a little disappointed when paying such prices for a latte.

On a business trip to Kitchener for the first time and happened about this cute cafe. It was decorated in a really unique way with a lot of varied decor that made the spot feel very cozy. The coffee was delicious and there were many MANY tempting pastry options calling my name. Will definitely stop in next time.

Lovely and relaxing aesthetic with beautiful plants inside. Cute little patio for the summer too! The only issue I have going is that it’s hit or miss with the friendliness of the staff. Some of the girls are super friendly, but the last few times I’ve gone it’s been a little unwelcoming…

Came for a car meet. Cafe was nice enough to open early! Everyone working was very nice and friendly. Had an iced coffee and Americano, both made well and tasted great. Pastries also very tasty, highly recommended. Tap to pay available, washrooms and the cafe itself is very clean. Will visit again!
