Always clean and well maintained. Met the owners, and considering both are hard working individuals and parents, still they make time to take care of their establishment! Nice to have a clean, operational and safe environment to use within the neighborhood!Thank you kindly:)Jess

Worst laundromat ever. Washers eat your money. Dryers give you 3 entire minutes for a quarter.Machines are not maintained and it’s hit or miss if it’ll work or just take your money.This is my second time here (benefit of the doubt.) and will be my last.

I’m writing this review because I have received a very nice response from the owner of Thorold Laundry.I had the opportunity to meet with him and discuss the issue that I encountered with the Dryer.He was very helpful and he informed me of the issues with Dryers, I have been able to talk with him and the issue that I had has been resolved much to my satisfaction!I still go to Thorold Laundry to do my laundry because it is a very clean place and the people are concerned about any issues that their customers may encounter.Thank You very much for addressing this issue!!!If you are looking for a good place to do laundry, I definitely recommend checking out Thorold Laundry!!!

Best laundromat in Thorold/St.catharines! Building is kept clean & well looked after. Machines are well maintained, efficient and are plentiful. Any issues encountered will be resolved to the best of the owners ability. Highly recommended!

Machines work well provided you don't overload. Dryers are great. Multiple sizes of washers and dryers available. Always clean. Occasionally I see someone there working and they always ask if everything is ok.

Was my first time here, place was very clean! 5 stars! But what was frustrating was the dryer doors, some dont stay closed after laundy starts drying and bumping against door. Maybe new seals or something?? Also it would be good if the change machine also accepted debit for change as i had to walk to grocery store for cash back.

For those of you like me who pay extra to wash your clothes with hot or warm water, pay extra money for that and when the washer starts taking in water open the detergent cabinet half and put your finger in it. I tried it a couple of times only to realize more money for hot water was a scam! Owners if you're reading this please fix this

$0.25 for 3 minutes in the dryer? OK. Being the most expensive I would assume it would also be clean and the machines would all work; but that's a hard no on both counts. So many of the machines say out of order and the washer ate two of my loonies... I used to come here because it was the best. Idk what happened but y'all really let the place go.
