I left this dentist after having a terrible experience with my then 6yo son. The bedside manner was horrific and they forced way to many procedures in one sitting.In addition, before the apt I asked very specifically about follow ups or additional changes and was assured there would be none, but when we were finished and my son was screaming in pain and drooling blood they tried to book me for the follow up appt that would cost around $200. I was livid to say the least, and their response was nothing except that they transferred our xrays and other info without question to another dentist. Who by the way was Lacombe Dental who has treated us so kind and carefully, and with respect ever since.

I would not recommend having a crown done at this dentist office. They see a person's insurance paying the bill but lack quality work Ended up today getting the tooth removed after paying 1100 crown and another 173 for extraction.

The Aurora Dental Group are not only fine dentists but the support staff are all wonderful in accommodating patients' needs. I've had a difficult tooth requiring several visits, to and fro with insurance and Aurora has always fit me in and saved the tooth. Pain free and I am a nervous patient. Thank you Kim, Marcia and Drs. Wilde and Edwards!

The dentist assistant was pleasant & explained my xray & the extraction procdure very well. She answered my questions honestly. Dr. Edwards explained what he was doing & he was as gentle as he could be. After care was explained in detail so I understood.Aurora Dental in Sylvan Lake is great, I would recommend anyone go there for their dental needs.

Friendly and skilled staff! My appointment with Jenna, my hygienist was excellent! She is thorough, yet gentle, and my teeth look and feel great! Not only that, she was on time. The clinic is conveniently located, too.

I booked last minute for an extraction for a painful tooth. I have always suffered from huge anxiety when seeing the dentist. Not today. Happy to say that when I mentioned to them about my dentist anxiety, they were extremely understanding and kind.Huge kudos...thank you so much for easing my dentist phobia. Dr Edwards, you are incredible. Highly recommended

I lost a front tooth crown while visiting in Sylvan Lake , Alberta. After calling around I talked to Aurora Dental group and they got me in within an hour to fix my crown. Needless to say they went above and beyond to accommodate me so I could enjoy the rest of my holiday . Will not forget the care and concern I received . Thank you Aurora Dental

I don't normally do negative reviews but I feel I need to share our experience. My husband had a temporary piece made for him that we paid a lot of money for but we needed to have something temporary until he could get an implant. We had nothing but trouble with it popping off, he took it back twice to get work done on it. The last time he went to get it adjusted to fit and it was filed down so short it looks terrible and should have been replaced with a new one because of the quality of work done on it, it does not match his teeth at all. I must day after being patients there for so long we were very disappointed in the quality of work done.
