I was stranded in the parking lot with the keys in the car. I contacted dispatch and a tow truck was sent to my location. The driver was friendly and quickly got my car out of my car.

*Vancouver Dispatch *Called to get my car unlocked. They said they where in the area. 40 minutes later they said they were stuck in mud. This was a lie. The dispatcher also hung up on me twice. I had to use what's app to give them my location. They wouldn't take the address I gave them. I do not recommend this company. An hour later I call another service who got there in 20min.
