They need to change their logo from People You Can Count On" to "People You CANNOT Count On". I can never get a hold of anyone and they have not made a delivery in over a month when they are supposed to be weekly deliveries. They have zero accountability. Very frustrating to work with."

Management at this place is just horrific. If you want to have low quality of service, this is the company for you. If you want great service, go else where. The only capable person at this location is Toni, she is wonderful and does all she can.

My family utilized Canadian Linen for close to a decade for our business, and after their service fell off and they started charging almost ludicrous amounts for repairs and replacements, we decided to end our contract. They tried to get almost another $1000 from us in cancellation fees and other things, which they harass us about, and pay no heed to almost a decade of consistent business we provided them. I would strongly recommend NOT to use Canadian Linen; they capitalize on fine-print and technicalities to extort as much money from you as possible, and will do everything they can to make sure that you pay as much as you can as often as you can. Stay AWAY.

UPDATE Dec. 28 2022 - The corporate service team at Canadian Linen was very fast to respond, and as a result of their intervention the local Calgary team management stepped up. Thank you to Rick! **It's too bad that it had to go to this level to see a response.** Our driver Devon has gone Above and Beyond to help; we only wish that he had more power over his route to get the messages up stream to management when needed. We hope that Canadian Linen continues to look for ways that they can streamline getting information to / empowering their drivers so that customers don't get tied up in red tape when services need to be modified.=================ORIGINAL REVIEW: Canadian Linen has gone extremely downhill in Calgary for their customer service, responsiveness, and even delivering the right items. I manage a two-campus daycare. We have called, talked to service managers, sent e-mails, and no changes / no response. We finally had to calling national billing and ask that the credit card be removed from the file until we hear from someone. 6 months ago, they were fine, but there's something going on internally with hiring etc. (?) and they cannot provide what they contract to. DO NOT use their services - there are many other vendors that are willing to provide services. We will be following this up with the national departments as much as we can to have our contract cancelled, and continuing to review on public platforms until we have our money back.

Worst customer service experience you can ever get. I am using their Carpet rental service. Carpets are always not clean and when you ask the reason why! The answer is this is what you should expect as it's not a brand new carpet. There are always discrepancies in the invoices and it's gonna take you forever to get someone to solve the problem and it won't be solved completely. I have these issues and more since I signed for their service 7 months ago.When I fed up, I asked to cancel the service and the answer was you signed a 3 year agreement (Which I was fooled and never made aware of) and to stop the service you'll have to pay a penalty of $1500+.Don't waste your money.BTW I never wrote a negative review before on a company that I used.

I’m quite happy with Canadian Linen services.We’ve been with them for 3 years. We have no issues with the quality of their scrubs and gowns. Daniel Rivas’s customer service is excellent and it’s always pleasure to see Isaac deliver our scrubs

Extremely disappointed in the service. We haven't seen them in two months and they are still billing us weekly. They constantly missed weeks prior to this as well. We can't get ahold of anyone in management and anyone we do talk to never helps to solve the problem.

I started working for a company that use’s Canadian linen for uniforms. I recently just put on a shirt for the first time since getting my uniforms and a button was missing. A few of my pants were too small. Also sending back wet clothes is very unprofessional!
