Unprofessional.After making an appointment 2 weeks in advance they called me the day before to ask me to rebook a month from then because they are behind. I asked if I could keep my original appointment and they said I could, so I did.Then after dropping my car off, I asked for a loan car while mine is being repaired. The manager (Toby) told me they require 24 hours notice to do so. This is incorrect. After speaking with ICBC, what they are suppose to do is provide a loan car regardless of 24 notice, but if they cannot provide one then they are to send paperwork to ICBC for them to find a loan car for me.After explaining this to Toby he said he would send the paperwork in today. But then he changed his mind, got very mad, acted inappropriately, and told me that they wouldn’t fix my car anymore. He wouldn’t give me a chance to talk but would instead talk over me and just tell me I am wrong. He wouldn’t keep my appointment, he lied to me about the rules on a loan car, and blamed the customer for his lack of organization.Toby should not be in management due to how this situation was handled. It was done absolutely incorrect.

As someone who knows very little about cars, I am always worried that I will be taken advantage of when the time comes to get work done. The team at CSN Advance squashed that worry right away! They were friendly and explained every step of the process! It's clear why they're one of the top rated body shops in the city, they are efficient, professional, friendly, and good at what they do!

Dinged up my rear quarter panel on my Dodge Dart. Took it in for service, they said it would be aroubs a week and a half. Brought it in on Tuesday, had it back 3 days later on the Friday before the long weekend. If that ain't service, I don't know what is. They did an amazing job. Car is just like new. Customer service was exceptional even though it took two months to finally get in after getting my assessment. No fault to them tho. That was on my insurance company. Would highly recommend. Great service and super friendly and knowledgeable staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Their staff were courteous and professional, the work was completed on time and they did an excellent job repairing and painting the rear bumper of my Audi S7. They even repaired a small dent on my hood for no charge. I would highly recommend them!

I've dealt with CSN Advance many times over the years and I always receive excellent service. On this last visit they looked after my Golf Sportwagen while I was traveling. And they called me several times to update me on their progress which was nice. The work was flawless. My only complaint this last visit was that they forgot to fix the scratch on the passenger side mirror.

Absolutely top notch service. This was my second experience with Advance, this time for a much more intensive job, and I was more than impressed with their level of quality, professionalism, timeliness and communication. I would not hesitate for a second to take my car back there - and I'm very picky about who touches my car.
