I lucked out! Seeing (and hearing) my driver-side window dropping into the door as the weather person on the radio was warning of heavy snowfall that was about to start in a few hours is not a good combination. But I was referred to Vic’s Automotive (about 4pm) and they performed an emergency fix to keep the storm at bay, ordered the parts needed for a proper repair, and booked me in for a couple of days later. When I returned they were ready for me, and I was in and out in record time. Best of all - they were great people! Thanks Vic’s for an exceptional experience.

My goodness.. you guys completely out did yourselfs when we dropped out Rogue off to have a new transmission put in.First off, my husband and I appreciated the call to ensure it was infact the transmission since no lights were on and it seemed to be driving fine. After confirming that we had it diagnosed, Jeremy went through what was going to be done. When I came to pick it up this evening the guys at the counter were friendly and told me how they checked everything else out to make sure I would be safe driving it again.I also noticed you washed the exterior which was super appreciated and very thoughtful, and when we opened the door, to our surprise you cleaned the interior which was a brutal furry mess after taking our huskey cross on the 4 day drive here from Alberta.We are very thankful to you and you have definitely made yourselfs some new life long customers.We will absolutely recommend your shop to everyone we know here in Kingston.Thank you thank you thank you

Jeremy is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his customers. He runs a tight ship. Excellent service, highly recommended.Melissa, the service attendant is affable and responds well to friendly banter, and she is a woman who knows her worth and brooks no bull$#!*, so I'm guessing the guy in this comments section who found her condescending" might benefit from an education in manners. Having put up with a lot of rude BS from men in male-dominated workplaces myself as a woman also

My wife and I have dealt with Vics for a few years now and they have been amazing!There was a shop in town that had not tightened my rims on the car so one tire flew off. This “shop” “fixed” the problem only for me to find out the insides of my tires were bald. I took the car into Vics and they had the car fully aligned along with new tires in just one day and they had great pricing. They went over the before and after with me in great detail.If you have any car trouble you have to check them out. They are honest and hard working.

Had my rear wheel bearings and a ball joint replaced, rust proofing a number of times, and a tire repair and a couple other small things. Good service and a fair price.

Love the Corrosion Free rust prevention treatment they I got on my car at Vic's auto. You can definitely tell that it is an established shop and that the techs know what they are doing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a corrosion Free treatment which are the best.

This business is outstanding! In the past I had a Motorhome Safety completed at Vic’s and needed another to sell. I called and spoke with Jeremy who indicated that given the winter weather he could not do it due to the size of the Motorhome.Jeremy made some calls on my behalf and found me another very reliable business to conduct the safety.Jeremy called me back with the other business contact name and number and everything went smooth. Have taken my car there 2x with nails in my tires. They took my car almost immediately and I was done in less than 30 min. AND you cannot beat the price. 5 star service, 5 star staff. I recommended them to my friend and he was extremely happy with his tire fix. Excellent to do business with and I highly recommend them. Our only shop for our cars. Great staff. Mechanics tell you exactly what is wrong and come up with reasonable options should a repair or replacement be needed. Fast service.
