The staff here is incredible!!! This was not my first time shopping here. My customer experience was the best out of all the Pet Value locations. Dave, the owner, was extremely helpful when I needed a pet play pen for my sister in law. Tanya and Kara were both so caring and patient when I needed to get kitten supplies. They were also very helpful in helping with info on Henry, the black cat whom we adopted. I had called with questions on product and they kept asking how Henry was doing and were genuinely happy to hear he is settling in. Thank you for such a great experience. <3

The staff here is really knowledgeable and helpful. If we have a problem, they have a solution. We even had issues with the food and the one lady (successfully) helped us through the process of figuring out doggy food allergies. We now have the dog on a proper, healthy diet with food that agrees with him, which we couldn't have done without the help of this location's amazing staff.
