MEPS Air Quality Air Duct and Carpet Cleaning

We had this company come and clean out our ducts. A year later we had to have a plumber come out and inspect our furnace. He found a pile of debris (WOOD CHIPS AND LOT OF OTHER THINGS THAT SHOULD NEVER BE THERE) in our vents to the furnace that caused a blockage and damage our coils. we had to pay $500.00 in repairs.When I spoke with someone within the company they said they WILL NOT COVER the repair costs and they would only be willing to come out and re-do the duct cleaning for a 10% discount. He continued to argue with me over the phone, cut me off while trying to speak, and was rude and arrogant.PLEASE NO ONE GO TO THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RUIN YOUR HOME AND MAKE YOU PAY THE REPAIRS WITH ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. !!!!!!!

A service representative contacted me the day before they came, I made the schedule work so someone could be there. Asked prior to their arrival if anything needed to be moved, was assure no. Turns out they had to move stuff, including a China cabinet they broke. Messaged a few sources to no response. Including the service rep who texted me.

After hiring what I thought was MEPs, a solo man from another subcontracted company came to clean our vents without any mention to myself. Many vents were missed, one vent cover wasn’t unscrewed and broken off instead, and some were left unfastened in the middle of the floor. After raising my concerns to the man who booked the servicing, he ignored the message. We also didn’t receive the dryer vent and A/C check up we were told we would receive. I’m very disappointed in this company and will NOT be recommending it to anyone else.

If there is a option negative star rating i would do that. Worst service ever. Unprofessional work no work ethics. I would recommend stay out of this business. First they damaged my drywall and when i called several times i was told by manager he will look at it but nothing happens for months. Left many ducks unclean.

They were quick to respond. Very professional guys who took time to explain the entire procedure. And more to that the cost of their service was very affordable, far less than what I was charged by other duct/vent cleaning agencies. Would definitely be using their service again.

Bernard and Micheal were prompt and respectful of my home and need to be informed every step of the appointment. They were professional and could see that i had familiarity with my hvac system and its maintenance. I would recommend MEPS to anyone requiring furnace and duct cleaning.

Sales rep was very good at calling back. The service people showed up on time and worked hard (longer than they anticipated). They were ‘clean’ and as far as I can tell with duct and furnace cleaning, they did a good job. No damage to the house (we just renovated) and they left it clean.

Good price. my vents haven’t been done in years. I feel Gabriel and Yvan were awesome to deal with and took the time to clean my vents properly. It was such a good price I thought it was a scam. A lot of people told me it was too good to be true….but so far so good! Super pleased with my experience. A local company to me was charging over $400.

Outstanding customer service and excellent prices. The two technicians that provided the servicing to my house were very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a company to have your furnace, heat vents, air return and dryer vents cleaned out. Will be using them again in the future to have my carpets cleaned.
