Hey Chris - I received your response last week asking for my detailed information. I sent you a lengthy email on 3/17 at 12:34pm and you have yet to replied. Please tell the customers that read these that you just sent that to make it look like you are a concerned owner, but in reality you don't care as you have yet to reach out to me via phone or email.AGAIN, I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR ANY REASON. THE STAFF IS NONE RESPONSIVE AND HORRIBLE TO WORK WITH (or should I say they lack responses and don't care about your issues). GO TO HERTZ!!!I booked a XL SUV back at the end of Jan. Received a confirmation number for the reservation. I received a call from Gary this week, 10 days prior to my departure that they will not have a Suburban because they only have 5 available and they had 5 reservations enforce me.I asked why are you calling to tell me now, 10 days before my reservation. He laughed and said he has a Tahoe that still seats 7 passengers. Told him I drive a Yukon, I need the extra luggage room.I called into the main office, ask for a manager to call me. It’s been 3 days and no call.Poorly run facility, with extremely rude associates.I would not recommend this place unless you have no other choice.Chris, I sent you all the information early afternoon that you requested, would be great to hear of your resolution. I think I have spoke to at least 7 different people within this company with still no response or solution!!

We rented a 15 passenger van this weekend in Brighton, Michigan. When I picked up the van, it was dirty. I told the guy, he says, we just cleaned it." I insisted for it to be cleaned

Overall, the customer service was nice. Two things though. I think the $300 deposit is a bit much and I still have not got my refund and I returned my car 3 days ago.Also, DON'T sign up for the gas refill. I was charged over $60 for a gas refill, and I brought the car back with a tank that was 3/4 full. I thought they were going to charge for just a top off. That felt like a rip off.

Austin was very professional, courteous, and helpful. The next time I need a car I’ll be coming back to this location because of the customer service.Also, I was running late after hitting traffic returning from a work trip and they didn’t charge me extra for an after hours drop off. Would highly recommend for personal or business rental needs.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
We went on a trip to Tennessee and were given a jeep wrangler. It's was not the most comfortable for a long highway trip but it did come in handy because we stayed in the Mountains, way up high in the mountains and the jeep got up the steep road with no problem. Our check in and drop off process was super easy and convenient, I would definitely rent from Enterprise in Brighton again.

It's unfortunate to have to leave this review. We've been customers of Entetprise for nearly 20 years (I'm a former employee as well), and customers of the Brighton location for 7 years. We've never had anything but great service up until our most recent experience with a new manager in place.In November 2022 I reserved a 15 passenger van for March 25, 2023 (Spring Break). On March 1, my husband had to rent a vehicle while his was in the shop. While there, Garret, the manager, was helping him and my husband wanted to confirm our March 25 reservation for the 15 passenger van. At the time Garret informed my husband that Enterprise no longer rents them and he was going to call us today to let us know. 3 weeks before our reservation We've had for 4 months.Garret's solution was we'll get you a large SUV". needed a rental truck due to van totaled, Went to Enterprise in Brighton. Tiffany Arnot was just exceptional to deal with. Very knowledgable and just really helped us out.. Took great care of my wife and me and just wanted to give a shout out for A++++ customer service. You have a very valuable employee working for you Enterprise!
