Shwarma house welland.One of the worst experiences I have had. I called for deliver because I have no car seats at the moment and the restaurant delivers. About an hour goes by and I decide to call them, their response to me asking for the food was that the delivery services were closed. I asked them why they didn't call me and they said my food was ready I would just have to go pick it up. How can u take an order, offer delivery and when the food was done tell the customer to pickup. The owner of the store was very rude and made it my fault for not being able to go pick up the food. These small restaurants complain that it's hard for them to stay open, I have no sympathy for them. They have poor attitudes and deserve to have a bad reputation when they treat customers the way they do. Never again will I order from shwarma house.

Food is good, but please lower the cost of your French fries, 8$ for a portion so small is not the best way to go. I’m middle eastern and can say that most of your 1 star reviews come from these dirty white people who are jealous and friends of nearby restaurant owners that just want to lower your ratings so even though I wasn’t happy with the cost and portion of the fries I ordered I will boost you with 5 stars because the sandwich was good and you seem like a good owner, I wish you well.

Amazing service. Placed an order for 8 people and the owner on the phone was so clear and patient. Repeated everything back to me. I had total confidence they’d get the order right and they did!

I ordered beef shawarma. It was horrible. Beef was pretty burned on one side. Felt like eating some other meat. It's the second time I am ordering the same. First time it was good. Don't serve food if you can't keep up with the quality.

The shawarma wrap is great! good flavor and size.My only issue is the wrapping foil it comes in. It sticks to the pita, so when you open up the foil, it unravels the pita.It still tastes amazing, but I’m eating it with a fork and knife.Will be back regardless as it’s a small gripe

Authentic shawarma. Absolutely delicious. I’m glad I don’t have to drive to Mississauga to get good shawarma. A bit of a language barrier but that adds to the authenticity.————————————————————————Oh man I thought it was delicious before. The second time, I came around for take out. Bought me a chicken shawarma plate they included three different sauces on the side (garlic, tahini and a red sauce I had never had before). Good job putting it on the side. Most places either put too much or too little. Shawarma House is definitely my go to for shawarma. Thank you.

I love Arabic food and I've always been a constant customer of this place...however unfortunately the last 2 times I had a bad experience I bought 4 portions of tiramisu that were totally rotten I had to go back because there were 4 portions and I only opened one it was frustrating because my daughter wanted a dessert… they refunded my money and i bought somewhere else,Second time I bought chicken shawarma plate and the hummus tasted bad so I called to let them know but I couldn't eat it because i put it on top of food and it tasted bad and I didn’t know if the food was good or not …. I decided that I will not buy there again and I definitely suggest that they should pay more attention to their products and not sell things that have been around for so long.

This place is so bad that I bothered leaving a google review for the first time ever. This place is embarrassing. Undercooked food, watered down gravy to the point where the box was leaking from below. I'm not even sure what happened to the meat here but it is inedible. No flavour whatsoever

Absolutely amazing and authentic Lebanese shawarma. We tried the chicken shawarma wrap and the shawarma poutine. The chicken was cooked really well and was full of flavour. The poutine was great and it was well enjoyed.The establishment is relatively new (2019) and has a homey look and vibe. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their foods.They also offer a lot of additional items such as specialty ice cream, cakes, and catering. We purchased a caramel cheesecake slice and it was to die for!We hope to stop in again our next time through Welland if we need a bite to eat.
