Can never go wrong with some Timmy’s! This location was pristine very clean and the staff was lovely and helpful. Big fan of Tim hortons coffee, donuts, and breakfast meals. Wish we had more Tim Hortons this side of the Niagara, especially in NYC!!!

The location is the best in Niagara, easily accessible before you get into the touristy places and yet so close by. Avoid long line ups near the attractions by going to this location. Staff is friendly and polite and the service is fast and accurate.

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to.Even though it was opened 24 hours, there was no food there at 9:30 pm. The whole display was empty.There was no tissue paper in the washroom.

Great customer service, i was a bit confused about a menu item the cashier Janki, explained it with patience and without any hesitation. Apologies if I’m spelling the name wrong. The store was very clean and in good state! Kudos to the team!Thank you for making the experience worth remembering!

One of the busiest location in Niagara Falls Clifton Hill.Big lineup and not enough cx service counter to serve you.Due to heavy traffic need more staff to keep the outlet more organized in regards of cleaning tables, floor and around.

We just ran in quickly to grab a couple of donuts for a road trip. This location had a nice variety of donuts including some personal favourite - chocolate coconut and sprinkles. On a busy day, I could see how this drive thru could be an issue in this small plaza.

So today I went to this tim Hortons ordered a bagel with cream cheese go back to my car open the bagel and there is almost no cream cheese no problem I go back in, I bring the bagel in with me I show the girl how little is on the bagel she argues with me for 10mins about standards, ok mame I said I used to work here this location and that is not the scop provided to use in bagels I also mentioned I come every morning she then says please don't come back again I said ok are you a manager she says yes! I then said maybe you shouldn't talk to customer this way I then asked again can I please havesome cream cheese she then told me no! Are u kidding? She walks away from me comes back continues to argue and then says u want cream cheese right I had to get you a cup she continued to argue I told her she should be a bit nicer to customers, another very nice manager came and she was very kind and even agreed with me and the nice manager was asking the other one did she follow the scoop standard and she walked away how is a person like that employed with a customer service position she's horrible if I see her at the counter ill turn around and walk out.

Went here with my family around 10pm on Jan.1st. As we walked in we noticed the food display was completely empty. Asked the worker if they had any food and they said they were too busy and ran out and will not be baking until later in the night. I feel like they should be more prepared for New Years day and have enough food for demand especially since they are advertising themselves as a 24 hours Tim's. Bathrooms also did not have any toilet paper and when my daughter asked to get some toilet paper they only put it in one stall even though she made it clear that all of them were empty. Drinks that we ordered were fresh and made quickly so no complaints there but they should definitely improve their management and preparedness.

U guys are pretty good but make sure in the morning u have enough persons. Some people are getting late for work. Some people needs to catch their buses. Don’t spoil someone whole day
