Ironwood Insurance
Absolutely terrible service. Staff are rude and incompetent and go out of their way to treat you poorly. They can't follow instructions, won't listen to their customers/clients, and are incapable of doing the bare minimum required for their job. The are insistent on placing the blame on anyone but themselves and refuse to admit when they are responsible for an error. I encourage everyone to explore other options before even considering Ironwood Insurance. If you like being mistreated and talked down to, this is the place for you.

I love this agency. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous and honest. They always look for ways to save money for customers within the rules. I have been using this agency for ICBC insurance needs since the last 2 years and my views about them gets renewed everytime I visit them!

One of the male person who supposes to help me on importing Japanese vehicles had no knowledge of how to register a imported vehicle. He kept telling me there was something I need to work on but in truth. It's just he doesn't understand how to do it, and he refused to spend time on helping me. He asked me to come the next day but eventually when I came, he asked me to go to other broker. Not a good experience

Staff interrupted midway into most of questions. Some answers to the interrupted questions did not even answer the questions. I felt like my questions were not welcomed.

I've been dealing with Ironwood Insurance ever since I got my first car, and five/six years later, I am still dealing with them.Never had any problems with them blaming me for anything, if anything its simply ICBC taking forever, which I don't blame them for. Government run yet we are still paying the 2nd highest rate across Canada...I don't plan on going anywhere else, and I'm getting a new car, which of course means I will be going to them to help get everything setup.Friendly service, helpful, and extremely convenient hours.

Very ignorant, I was talking to her and her phone was ringing she picked up and started talking on her phone some other language than English, she walk away from me when I was talking to her . Ignorant.

I've used this place for years, as they are open early and late - and they are actually there when their hours say they will be, unlike some other places. The staff are friendly, helpful, and know ICBC well. I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes for service, and they send me a reminder when my insurance is going to expire soon.

This is a bad insurance to go to.AVOID!!Customer service made my trailer registration and insurance so difficultAlso made me wait almost an hour for nothing.Two customers around me left very frustrated because the waiting and pour friendy service :(

Ironwood Insurance
This office was a treat,and renewing insurance is not a fun task. The staff were so friendly and very quick. We were in and out in about five minutes. Thete was lots of free parking as well. Next time we insure we'll come back to this fine establishment.
