Service abominable. Aucune intention de trouver des solutions a nos problèmes! Répondent qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire. Chargent frais par dessus frais sans tenter de trouver une façon de répondre aux demande. Répondent non a toute demande et charges des frais comme conséquences d’avoir demandé. Donne des réponse a certaine questions et rappel pour dire que finalement c’est le contraire. Menace d’utiliser des avocats si défaut de paiement! Un vrai racket qui profite du malheur des gens pour s’enrichir. Des voleurs sans conscience morale et sociale! Ça fait pitié!!!

Amazing service, when the call centre fails you everytime; these guys got you covered

Smart start is the worse money hungry service. They charge you for everything and don't care about any explanation. Filling up any request is a waste of time. Maybe the other company is more humane.

There are two choices in Ontario when it comes to this industry.This company charges way more than the other. They claim that it is for their Customer Ser ice line which is available 27/7.Yet, each time I call in, there is a 40 min wait or more and they ask you to leave your number for a call back. One of the call backs came 4 hrs after I left my number.If you have to wait 4 hrs for a ser ice, then that is not 24/7 service!Let alone, they send a confirmation email stating a date, time and location and then upon that date and time, the location is closed and they have no record of the appointment booking, even though you have a confirmation email that they sent!Then when you call in and speak to an Agent, like Deep, they swear they have made you a new appointment and promise that the email will be sent. Yet when you wake the next morning there is still no email with this confirmation!And good luck try to speak to a Manager, all Deep will tell you is that you have to use their website to leave a customer experience review and then management will contact you... which isn't the case either. Use the other company, you'll save money and time!

Le pire service, n'essayer pas de contacter le service a la clientèle si vous avez une problème urgent ... N'essayez pas de rejoindre la compagnie ... vous en avez pour plus de 2h et encore si la ligne ne raccroche pas .. c'est simplement incroyable d'une entreprises desservant une société d'État (SAAQ) d'avoir un service a la clientèle aussi médiocre ... inacceptable
