Had a great experience today at this store. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. They deliver and pick up the old appliances for recycling at a very good price and the delivery guys were fantastic; professional, on time, and very careful about not scratching anything. They have a wonderful selection of appliances and the prices are very competitive. I highly recommend buying from there. You won't be disappointed.

My landlord purchased a GE washer/dryerlast week from The Clearance Man in the West Island .Although I would not have chosen this particular style especially being such a small machine I was having difficulty with the nobs on the washing machine.There was absolutely no hesitation from Gerry, whom returned my texts promptly, Dan who guided him while lugging that monster into my home, and Paul who came to repair the problem immediately !!What a joy to be treated with respect and be given priority status with my concerns.A true delight!!!Oh and they did state they would send the manual by post.Thank you gentlemen!CynthiaNun’s Island

I love these guys. I ordered enough appliances for a whole new apartment. Was completely cared for at the store picking everything out. Delivery was made so easy, the delivery team was on time, measured and made sure everything moved in safe and no damage to walls or the apartment. Great attitude and happy to help with any problems.One of my appliances was used and after trying to start after installation. It wasn’t working. So I called and they had someone at my apartment the next day and it was fixed within a hour. They took amazing care of me and I cannot recommend this place enough.Also fantastically anglophone friendly

Have lived on the west island for over 20 yrs and only recently discovered this gem of a store when replacing our refrigerator. Certainly not the B&M experience, but that is a very good thing. Knowledgeable straightforward staff, on time delivery and a great price.

Honestly great prices and service 100% recommend. Our washer broke on us and we needed a new one, for the price they were offering we ended up getting and washer and dryer set. We had a small issue when we installed our new washer and they sent a tech over the next day to fix. Once again, amazing service!
