The corner units starting from the 8th floor in Phase 2 have the most amazing views facing downtown. A must-see for buyers of mid-luxury apartments in Montreal.

These condos are not in Griffintown, but Pointe-Saint-Charles. They are on the wrong side of the Lachine canal. Please stop confusing people ! This is false advertising.

The view is fantastic, people are nice. We live on the fourth floor and the apartments are nicely finished. The association that manages the building could do a better job. There are a few issues that take a long time to fix.

Old building w a new heart of sporadic apartments amoung offices , great location and the pool on top has a great view. Occupants seem very nice and interactive :)

Update —— this building has the most insane moving laws. They charge you for nothing and deactivated our keys right away even though we have the unit until the end of the month to clean and move the rest of our things. ———- Lived here for 2 years now and cannot wait to move. There is constant construction noise that starts sometimes before 8am. Now with working from home it is unbearable. The unit itself is nice but it has many functional flaws. The canal is a saving grace and is really nice to have but being attached to this super multi purpose building sucks.
