Outstanding service for our 36' class A gas motorhome, especially on short notice. Had overheating brakes and Nathan took a thorough look at it and patiently and clearly explained our options. Would highly recommend.

First time I have used the service side of Premium truck and Trailer. I was greeted from the minute I walked in. I delt with the service wrighter Britney. I was thinking it would be difficult with such a young lady, she soon had me comfortable with her knowledge of the buisness. She went threw the list of my concerns and booked me in. Kept me up to date on its progress. Troy the service manager even drove my truck over to get the tires changed on it for me and picked it up. Not normal service.My conclusion is that the staff like we're they work and make you feel great. This is now no question my place to get my service work done.Best wishesGordie Abougoush

We had a company delivery truck brought here for a simple oil change. We had an appointment to get it done and NEEDED the truck the next day for deliveries. When the truck was picked up, they informed us they didn't have the correct oil filter and that it would be in the next morning, which is unacceptable. The old filter could not be put back on because they damaged it while removing it. They said they called other stores and no one had it. My first call was to Lordco and they had the filter in stock. Premium Truck went and picked it up; done deal. After all that, they then informed me that they also took off the fuel filter as well and didn't have one of those either and it too was damaged and could not be put back on. We ended up having to pick up the truck the next day, which literately cost my company thousands of dollars in lost deliveries and 30 angry customers. They didn't seem to concerned about the entire event. The fact that they removed these filters, damaging both, without knowing if they had replacements in stock is beyond me!

Family wedding trip turned into a disaster when motor home broke down outside Kamloops. My partner had it towed to Premium at the recommendation of the driver. Electrical problems, radiator problems and windows that had separated from the windshield. Took them days to be able to fix the radiator although they let my partner stay with the rv. Finally had to rent a car to come help out. Left RV there to be fixed. Paid $4500 dollars. They couldn’t fix window. Apparently also couldn’t fix electrical but forgot to mention that. Just had a call saying he is trying to drive the Coquihalla without lights. No stars if that was possible.
