Extremely professional, best personalized service I ever got. The salesman listen to what I needed and explained the differences between the speakers. Also took the time to teach me how to setup the crossover on my AV receiver to match my speakers for optimal performance. I’m lucky to find such passionate professional that took the time to answer all my questions and needs.Thank you :)

This company will stand by their words and make all the necessary effort to do good by you. I had some frustration resolving issues with a speaker I bought from them but they eventually came through and sent me a proper replacement.Will definitely do business with them again in the future.

5 star. I wasnt really happy with the no return store policy, but after talking to the seller Antero he fixed all my worries. He really took great care of me and was really helpfull. Got me a nice deal on a different receiver and did everything with class. I highly recommend this store specially because of that seller. Im a very loyal customer and if i get bad service i often never go back to those stores. But because of his great skills and service i will be back here for sure.

I had purchased a 55” Samsung 4k series 8000 tv about 18 months ago with an additional 36 month warranty at Centre Hi-Fi located at Le quartier 10/30 in Brossard. After only 18 months of use, i had an issue where the color board no longer functioned and all that appeared were vertical stripes on the screen.Having the extended warranty i contacted the service company that does the service for Centre Hi-Fi (Capri Electronique) and never had such a disappointing experience. The customer service person (Cynthia) was extremely rude and even hung up in my face. There was no follow up done unless i called Capri Electronique back and was constantly told tomorrow. After going through this waiting game for about 3 weeks with no progress on my claim, i went to see my sales person where i had purchased the tv.My sales rep (Michael Abergel) was extremely helpful and went out of his way to get the ball rolling on my claim. Within a day it was determined that it was not worth fixing the tv and i was offered an upgrade as the series 8000 was no longer available. Even though i was not pleased having to spend an additional $114.00 to upgrade to another model plus an addition $239.00 to purchase another extended warranty, i was extremely pleased dealing with Michael. He was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable in helping me make the best choice in my replacement upgrade. If it wasn’t for Michael, I would probably still be waiting for Capri Electronique to follow up on my issue.If you live on the south shore of Montreal and are looking to purchase a tv, sound system, etc then i would highly recommend that you go to the Centre Hi-Fi at Le quartier 10/30 and speak with their sales staff especially Michael. The only negative is that if you have any kind of issue that would need service is that you would have to deal with Capri Electronique. I would give a customer service rating of 0 on 10 to this service company.

One of awesome places in Montreal with good information about sound/music and related technologies. I tried at least 5-6 other stores (not Centre HIFI) they had almost no clue about anything.Long story short: had a very good experience and got a super awesome deal!I recommend you to visit the store in person! You might get very good deals

Today I wanted to purchase a new device for my stereo. Today's Electronics are so complicated and to find a sound that you like is pretty much a huge task. Luckily my salesman Antero Linhares" was there to guide me and to listen to my needs

The only place I would go for any TV or audio equipment is Centre-Hifi dix30 in Brossard. Antero is the store manager and is simply world class. He cares and gives the utmost transparent advice. I bought 3 TVs there this far and recommend anyone to go see him and the store. All the employees are amazing. I give 5 stars and coming from the service industry I must say you will be wowed. Wanted to buy a subwoofer. Wouldn't let me listen to my own music to test the quality of the sound. Wouldn't disconnect the towers to only hear the sub. I understand the prices are low but it's no reason to cut corners in customer service especially when the place is always empty.

I came to the store with a 1000 questions about Atmos sound systems and I had already made my mind up on a KEF speaker system, I was greeted very professionally by Michael A. He took the time and answered all, and I mean all my questions, we sat down and listened to the system I wanted to purchase, he even took the time to have me listen to a more capable system of the same brand. all in all, I had a level of service that is only found in a very niche hifi stores.After sales was equally agreeable when I came back and purchased stands for the surround speakers and HDMI 2.0 cables. ( it was offered initially but I did not know the proper measurements and quantity needed)The price! Well let's say, I couldn't have gotten better price anywhere, believe me I tried.
