No matter how bad your teeth are they can help. This is 3 years. I had no issues besides with the palette expander lol I'd do it all again 100% doc braces was the best.

The doctors and staffs there are so kind. The shape of my 2 kids's teeth is also getting more and more beautiful.One thing I would like is that the receptionist sitting to the left of the reception needs to be friendly.

I came in today to have my wire repaired and needed a new upper retainer replacement and the service was excellent! Very fast, efficient and friendly. The staff at docbraces is always so helpful and a pleasure to deal with! Thank you

I had gotten braces here 7 years ago, and was really impressed with their service at the time. This morning, my dog chewed my retainers and being that I wear them almost every night (and it being Friday) I wanted a new set ordered before the weekend. Only challenge is that I live in Miramichi and this place is an hour and half away!That challenge was quickly resolved when I called, spoke to Rachel, and she quickly fit me in this morning (as soon as I could make it). I had impressions done in a few minutes and she has me scheduled in again within a half hour to try out my new retainers, and hopefully be on my way home again.The staff here is just amazing and I can't thank them enough for accommodating me today! Another 5 star review it is!*Update - 35 minutes later I have new retainers and back on the road. Thanks for the amazing service!

Disappointed. 3 different orthodontists and 3 different plans not even relevant to others with 3 different reasons. The treatment should be within or less than a year, according to the first orthodontist. It has been over 2 years I'm with Docbraces and last time I went to my dentist, he said my jaw is misaligned terribly and I got pain when I ate because the jaw was misaligned. Very disappointed. Last thing I want to do is giving 1 star to a clinic that is doing treatment to me, but I dont want to see anyone gets in the case like mine.

This place is only concerned about the number of patients they can acquire. Very disorganized and sloppy organization. They may want to concentrate on quality of service more than the number of patients they can get through the door. Quite pathetic to see how this place has deteriorated over the last few years as we had no issues in the past.

Staff is nice! Loved Dr Papadopoulos, I was very said to hear he left. Things definitely changed after he left. Customer service, greetings, communication etc. Even th lovely coffee machine they used to have.Too many drs to see not consistant. See a different one everytime we went towards end. Even had a dr say over the IPAD video to have my sons braces removed without having any coversatiosn with me and disussing. Only talked to the assistant. Also, asked for wire to be put on top and bottom as suggested for first year as shifting can happen more within first year. They said only the bottom. I asked for top and dr said no. She said in first year we can put on if you choose. I am a little past one year and paid off our $6000 balance early. They wanted to charge me $200 for the wire. I take my daughter elsewhere where she sees one doctor and they will be putting wire on top and bottom as they always do when her braces come off. I am very particular with my kids teeth and the amount you pay for braces should be consistant and done on both. I am very happy with where my daughter goes now. I recommend to check out other ones before this one.

I understand that everyone makes mistakes but please don’t make me feel like an inconvenience. I went in for my consultation and we discussed the fact that I am getting my wisdom teeth removed. When my aligners came in they had a space for my wisdom teeth so I brought them back. The girl chopped them with scissors and left jagged edges that cut my mouth. They asked me if I had a nail file to file them down. I understand again but I’m paying 4000$ for this :( They also question whether I even wore my last set and when I said yes they made me put them in. She condescendingly told me that she didn’t think I wore them. Again I get you work with children but I am not a child. Wish I wasn’t feeling this way.
