What a value everyone was giving me bids that were at least 2 thousand dollar higher for each ac and furnace and the job he did was great too. Nice guy too. I would use him again and I did my other house ac when out too and he installed that too.

My wife and I would highly recommend using Obie's Heating & Cooling. This winter our heat went out during the coldest week of the year. And believe it or not, our AC went out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. In both cases, Blake was extremely responsive to fit us in to his schedule. One occasion he stopped by after 9pm. He is a great communicator and we were really impressed by how thorough he was with his repairs. We would choose to use him again in a heartbeat.

Blake did an exceptional job diagnosing my lightning damaged furnace, dealing with my insurance, and installing the new furnace. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy

I have used Obies since 2018 and Blake has done an excellent job everytime. I manage multiple properties and give all my HVAC job to Blake. He did 2 AC, 1 Furnace complete Install and couple of times Furnace , Boiler, AC repairs. I am very satisifed with his work and Price.His prices are reasonable and he comes back and fixes any issues that may arise.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Obies for any of your AC/Furnace needs

Blake was able to diagnose and figure out exactly what was wrong with my Furnace. He was able to easily explain what the issue was and the options I had available to resolve it. I love him!
