Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Update: I finally got to the Enterprise located at 1005 Guy St. in Montreal and learned why they couldn’t answer the phone. They were extremely busy all day. And that’s ok! The staff was absolutely fantastic, koodos to them. They let me in, were very patient, despite me being a bit angry, but it’s not their fault and they were great!!! So, thank you!!!!

Have booked twice here. The cars were decent. The staff had been friendly, patient, and straightforward. I love how I could safely return the keys the night before, even after their working hours - I didn't have to come back the next morning just to return the key.The location is convenient. From here, you can get onto the highway (autoroute) in two minutes.

Before rent from them, better look and search google: “enterprise complains” to find out what exactly they do on Trustpilot. Website more than 20K review.They change/switch manager and staff between locations regularly to make it hard for customer following complains!!Beware of scam. They try charge you in any way as possible when they have your credit.0 trust and won’t rent from them any more.

Picked up a car from here. Reserved an intermediate SUV and received a Jeep Wrangler which I was happy with. The car was very new/low milage with a lot of options/spec on it. Staff we're friendly and quick on pickup, running through some paperwork then walking around the car with me to confirm it's condition

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
We rented a car from them June 6-9, 2023, while on vacation in Montreal. The car was available when we got there, so the only real wait was the time it took to process the rental. The rental cost was affordable, and I was pleased (and very lucky) that they could provide me with a GPS even though I didn't think to book one in advance. Great customer service from start to finish. Thanks again!

Every time you reserve a car with Enterprise (a week in advance, 4 days, 2 days, etc.), you are guaranteed NOT to have a car when you show up. This has happened so often that I am not doing business with them anymore. But my partner continued, and reserved a car 4 days ago (@Guy st. Montreal), this morning she showed up and no cars available! She is loosing hundreds of dollar for non-refundable aquapark reservation/tickets she bought. You can't trust this company.Got a reply Due to the nature of our business..." Well

Weird booking policy : they cancel your booking if you show up later than 1hour … our booking got cancelled but the employee was very helpful and called another company and got us a replacement car quickly - we‘be been lucky .

Excellent staffs. Worked outside of their working hours to sort out a situation for me.. amidst the train delays due to ice storm had to find a one way rental and they gave a car for my need. losing a car that too one way rental during long weekend for a unconfirmed booking… kudos to the team to accommodate. Lesson to learn - Everyone works hard… every business want to serve their customers… just give them respect and have empathy they will go out of their way to support and that’s what happened for me at this location. Thank you!!
