Freedom Mobile

The staff at this location are great, particularly the manager, Luis. I was with Freedom for a little under a year when I moved to the island (out of their service area). He helped find me another plan at a different service provider when I realized I needed to move. Throughout my time with Freedom, though, Luis was professional, helpful, and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Freedom if I move to the mainland again.

The staff have always been very helpful & try to help people as fast as they can. Some shoppers have come in being rude & the staff still manage to stay respectful. I have also been there when one of the staff is having a bad day, for the most part, they still try to be friendly.

Very helpful. I felt like I was getting the run around at another store when my phone was repeatedly not working properly. I went to this location and they sent my phone in and gave me a loaner phone. It took 8 weeks for it to be returned. I was not feeling very confident in this phone as this was the 2nd repair and 4 factory resets and the phone warranty was running out. The manager, Luis, agreed with my concerns and lobbied for me to be able to not owe any more on the current phone and get a new phone without a penalty. I've had bad luck with phones but this is the first time that i felt like the phone store was on my side.

Excellent customer service and great staff who really helped me! After attempting to contact Google in regards to a device issue with no luck and almost resolved to the fact I may have to buy another phone outright, I walked into the Seven Oaks location.Luis spent almost an hour on the phone with Google Support! ...AND was able to assist me in getting a replacement phone! He was extremely professional and truly went the extra mile to do what's right for their customer. 110% recommend Freedom and definitely suggest you drop by this location for your mobile device needs! Thanks bud!

Great customer service. They were honest and straight forward about their services. No hidden fees. Although I loved the customer service, unfortunately I did have to cancel my plan because the coverage wasn't reliable enough in my area. When I went to cancel they didn't try to persuade me to stay or make me feel guilty they just asked my reason for canceling and gave me a refund .

The fellow that helped me was super helpful and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions, and it didn't feel like he was trying to push anything on me. He came across as very genuine and kind, and I am very appreciative of his assistance.

avoid this place ay any cost im not sure if its a freedom mobile thing or this franchiase store but i was told i could get a new phone from freedom so i went in to upgrade"because my phine samsung had a broken cameta lens.so the phone they gave me was a motorolla ace one 5g but it was a huge downgrade from what i had even though i specifically asked.then the salesperson asks if i want a case or extra protection plan and mentioned that i would have coverage with a compamy that freedom partners up with well sure enough i drip my phone a week or so later i ph the insurance to put a claim in and they say no not covered .i go back to this store tell the manager i dont want this ph.they wont take ot back i get no insurance coverage and there billing me $11 a month for non insurance coverage and the store wont take any responseability.horrible people work here and they scam you just get your phoneelsewhereand"

Friendly knowledgeable sales people at this location. They are not pushy. I've watched them help a hearing impaired customer when it didn't result in a sale. I've watched other another occasion where a customer was wanting a solution that would result in a sale and the sales person came up with a solution that was inexpensive for the customer.*This was when it was wind Mobile, before the name change
