Great experience! Environment is pleasant, organized, and extremely clean. Detailed visit and thorough. Doctors and staff are caring and friendly, and listen to your concerns. I would definitely recommend Dr. Garcha and Dr. Chang for their knowledge, professionalism, and people skills.

I went to Ideal Optical because I has lost one of the nose guards off my reading glasses. The work was done quickly and effectively, with no charge as the glasses had been purchased there. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The care I receive at Ideal Optical exceeds expectations every single time, whether it's for repairs of my glasses, eye examination, or choosing and catering to my every needs. Jason will go the extra mile to source the special glasses frame that I desire.The staff members are welcoming, very efficient, and willing to assist in all spheres.One never feels rushed. It is family oriented as my wife also receives excellent service, of which we are thankful.Doing business with Ideal Optical is highly recommended.

This was my 3rd visit to Ideal Optical for my eye check-up or/and follow-up. I was very impressed all around, from the way you are welcome by the staff & then the visit with Dr. Garcha herself. Amazing customer service and a great selection of beautiful frames and high-quality lenses, one of the best optical stores in the city. The staff is very professional, they went above and beyond to ensure we are happy with our eyeglasses and accessories. The older lady in the store tries to be friendly with a weird attitude. That is she tries to sell you the idea that she provides best in class customer service by making a simple ask difficult, then she tries to solve the difficulty issue, so you believed you got a great service. The exact examples are too long to write here, but the exact experience happened twice to me.
