Staff has an attitude and I waited over an hour for a small amount of order. I order a crispy chicken wings and gave me a soggy chicken wings. Never coming back and I do not recommend

Amazing service to amazing food. The moment I walked in, I was treated warmly and professionally. The staff even provided me with tortilla chips for free, it was to sample a new product they were trying out. The food was delicious, huge chicken wings and sauce flavours were in point.I highly recommend Wings Up for anyone

Absolutely terrible value.Decided to give the place a try for a guys night. We ordered the jumbo pack of boneless wings, Onion ring/wedge combo and the thin skins.Onion rings/wedges were bland, lifeless and cold. The thin skins that were supposed to be loaded with cheese and bacon, had about 1/10th the toppings in the pictures. and the boneless wings (which taste-wise were actually decent) were disappointing in quantity.For three guys with I would say average appetites, we ended up having to go out for burgers afterwards. It was pretty unanimous that it was the most disappointing $90 we have ever spent on food.

Wings are very expensive for what you get. One pound of wings here means 5 breaded wings. Although they tasted good they are way overpriced

Honestly pretty bad compared to any other wing place near by, got mine through doordash and they taste extremely soggy, the sauce was alright (sweatin bullets), breading is terrible. The closest thing I cant think of when it comes to these wings are the ones you can buy at metro to microwave them later.Do not recommend and at that price, I expect something a lot more.

Ordered delivery and first impressions were great! I love and appreciate the quality that went into my Buffalo chicken wrap, the right amount of sauce (medium hot) to compliment the flavor of the wrap. I also tried the chicken ceaser salad and I like how they have a unique approach to presenting their salads.Very happy and satisfied. My belly thanks you and will be looking forward to ordering something different soon!

Fantastic food , great lunch deals for under 10$ , we got 1 lb wing meal with Jamaican sauce absolute delicious & there chicken sandwitch in garlic bread out the world generous portion size for 11.5$ . I would say it’s best wing place in Kingston . Definitely come back …

Got the double order of Honey Garlic Boneless Bites and they are NASTY. Pizza Hut makes better food then what I was given. They were soggy. Almost tasteless. Next to no meat in the batter. Absolutely awful.

My family (Parents and a son) really enjoyed 2lbs wings as our dinner! It's crispy and savoury with BBQ and honey garlic sauce :) Mini donuts are also sweet & tender... Fully satisfied with this nice experience and definitely will be back.
