Summit Restoration Ltd. 24/7 365 Disaster Clean Up

This feedback is from well detailed documentation/interactions and direct responses from Summit.Summit was contracted by Wedgewood Condo Management/Board, March 2023 after a heating pipe leak in my suite. The first personnel that came to check the damage from Summit, acknowledged the level of damage advicing that the walls, baseboards and carpet needed to be removed due to the damage. Minutes after they left l got a call from a Brandon who now claimed a carpet clean will suffice (this ofcourse was very much inline with the condo Board/Mgt). A clear off-the-bat sign that this restoration" attempts will not be dealt with fairly. They produced a scanty report that lacked depth

Summit Restoration was employed by my condo to fix some drywall issues and the result looks great! Ceiling looks good as new. Sheldon and Scott were very friendly, professional, and responsive by email/phone even outside of business hours.

I had a flood in my condo and Summit was the contractor hired to carry out the work and I was very pleased with both the quality of repairs and their professionalism. The team was very accommodating with my personal schedule and also corrected an electrical deficiency from prior repair work by another firm. I would recommend this group to anyone.

Hired the Electrical devision to add a subpanel and re-wire our garage to make it more useful. Professional, provided excellent guidance on how to set the circuits up for my equipment (experienced), and very clean execution.

I can't say enough good things about this team. They were so quick to respond to our flood emergency at my office. They have been so clean and tidy in the process, and we were able to continue to work with minimal to no disturbance. I HIGHLY recommend them.
