Fox and Jane Salon

Had my haircut with Emily. She was fantastic. She created a very welcoming and safe environment, and took time to understand what I was looking for. The cut she gave me is one of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend for anyone, but certainly those who are queer and looking for a safe space without compromising on quality of service.

My first time at Fox and Jane was amazing. Kyle provided a very thorough consultation prior to the cut to make sure I was aware of everything there was to consider in achieving my hair goals, and how we could attain them. He was able to replicate the reference photo I showed him to cut it in a way that would actually work for my hair, and was able to elevate what I wanted so that my new cut would suit my needs the best. He was incredibly detail oriented, explaining the process of my cut every step of the way, so I was able to learn something new about maintaining my new do and the health of my hair on my own. The salon had an amazing friendly environment, and everyone was incredibly pleasant. This was the best hair cut i've ever received, and the experience overall made what is usually a nerve-wracking experience very enjoyable. I'll be sure to come see Kyle at Fox and Jane for all my hair needs from now on :)

Fox and Jane is such a good fit for me. I love that they provide cuts and services that fluid for all your non-binary needs. My Stylist is Andrea and she's always a blast! Very experienced and I always leave happy and confident with my hair. She's very down to earth and easy to talk to. Thanks for always giving me a great self-care day out Andrea. x

Megan is nothing short of amazing! She was professional, caring & patient. Megan took the time to research colors and example images to make sure I was happy with the color I selected. I cannot recommend her enough. I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy with my hair.

It's my 2nd time at Fox and Jane with a haircut from Andrea. It's been a great experience both times! I have curly hair and it can be a challenge to find someone you trust and Andrea makes it such an easy process. It was fairly quick too and a relaxing environment!

Melissa is just awesome - she’s incredibly talented and I always have a great time at the salon and in her chair. Every time I come see her, she takes whatever idea I have for my hair and brings it to life even better than I could have hoped. Her haircuts always grow out exceptionally well, never leaving me with the dreaded curly hair triangle. We’ve also had so much fun with vivids for the past few months and I always leave the salon feeling amazing. Thank you Fox and Jane team!

The service was amazing!I recently had an appointment to fix a horrendous haircut from another salon. She listen to what I wanted and was able to explain how she was going to be able to fix my hairstyle.I was concerned about not taking off too much due to recently having a hair cut and she was very aware of my concern.I left feeling so much better about my hair and will become a repeat customer. Highly recommend!!

I've been getting my hair done by Lauren since her pre-Fox and Jane days, and when she moved on up, I followed her without hesitation. Here I am 4 years later, with 0 regrets. No matter if I walk in with inspiration pictures, or just an idea in my head, Lauren always understands what I want my hair to look like and executes it beautifully. Trying out a new hair place can be scary, but know all your fears will be eliminated after a visit to this place when you leave with the best hair you've ever had.Fox and Jane is an intimate and adorable east-end salon that I always look forward to visiting. The vibes are unpretentious, the stylists are kind, and I always walk out feeling like the best version of myself!

At Fox and Jane, I had a great time. I had previously gone in for consultation for a hair colour that I wanted to do, I had consulted with Kyle and he explained to me everything there was to know about hair colour and so this was my second time but first service I had booked with them, which was a haircut with Kyle and he was amazing with his techniques, skills and his suggestions, he answered all my questions and took the time to really understand what I wanted and he gave me exactly what I had in mind, love my new hairstyle. The staff was very friendly. The salon itself was very aesthetic, and clean, the location is also great, and the price is good, and it’s worth what we pay for. I’ll definitely visit again. Once again thank you Kyle and Fox & Jane for a great salon experience.

Fox & Jane in Toronto is such an incredible salon! For the past two years, Lauren has been doing (and saving) my hair and is such a delight. She has exceeded my expectations with every visit.
