Level orthodontist is very affordable after shopping around before making my decision. The area is very clean, warm reception and just friendly staff. Their level of patience is out of this world and the two dentist are great. My braces journey has been fantastic and I will not trade it for anything. Thanks for the amazing experience.

Recently got braces at this location and the process has been seamless. After having a poor experience at a local orthodontist, Im glad I was able to find a clinic that wanted success for me rather than just my money. They offer flexible payment options and competitive rates for their treatments. There have been zero hidden fees and the staff is very knowledgeable on their services. Excited to continue with my treatment.

Finance ::;I enrolled my both sons here almost 1 year ago. When my first son was enrolled,they were NOT HONEST about the pricing. I had to point out promo code/advertised promotion to get the discounted price. I had two insurance at that time and surely they focused on getting the insurance claim to get the maximum. When my second son was enrolled, I had to ask for the price or cost promo , they never volunteered to convey the message.SERVICE AND appointment: I had to go to their north location to get the first appointment when enrolled as they are always busy. Doctors are professional and always to the point. Receptionists messed up with my boys appointment twice and never apologized.. I am not a person who writes review unless it's a true concern . Today I went there to get one of my boy's regular follow up but appointments are very rare to get at your convenient time even if the doctors want to see you in 2 to 3 weeks . Receptionists tried to play doctor by stating its okay even if you get the appointments after 5 werks " .Receptionists are bit rude according to your racial profile.DO NOT CONSIDER this place unless you have NO CHOICE.. I have to be with Level orthodontics as I got stuck with "contract". Most of the reviews for this place are TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. There are lot of other places nearby to explore."

I brought my daughter in at 9 am.. I had a bit of a odd situation with one of my benefits ending this week. The team was so understanding of my situation. They helped me get all the answers I needed in the finance area. They made my daughter feel very welcomed. They squeezed us in and my daughter had her braces on at 4 pm the same day so I could be elegible to use my benefits ending. What a amazing experience. The treatment coordinator Rebekah( spelling?) was so nice! She made the whole situation seamless. Also helped keep my toddler settled while we talked. The Dr explained everything in a way I could understand and I didn't feel he was pushing braces at all. The lady who installed her braces spoke so kindly to my daughter and explained everything so well. Very impressed!!! Thank you level orthodontics

After the price they quoted me seemed ridiculously high, I went to a different clinic and they quoted me a few thousand less for the exact same treatment and length of time. Due to this experience, I would reccomend exploring your options before going to this clinic.

Some days it's an awesome experience, Some days the dentist assistants seem to feel like they're angry and annoyed doing their job.They have a sign that says No bullies here and with what I've seen sometimes with how they talk to their clients (that are made up of mostly children and teenagers) that's not a reliable sign.. Training should be focused on how you talk to children and teenagers. The assistant was talking at my son and didn't include me in the conversation. Many assumptions. I suggest strategic communication.
