My wife felt the oven was not working properly. I called and set up an appointment for Monday though they would have come sooner had I asked. The technician checked everything thoroughly and said everything checked out but he would come back if needed within 30 days. They took payment on the spot which I like, rather than send an invoice and the service call was less than I expected. My wife concluded the failed baking had been her fault and the next two batches of bread were perfect.

Had some trouble with my fridge, called these guys and they were awesome!! Highly recommend them. They were professional, on time and definitely knew what they were doing. Will definitely use them again!!

Very disappointed with this service, will not use them again... made multiple attempts to fix dishwasher leak, just ended up being more parts, more parts, more parts and still wasn't repaired. Filled the door with silicone and basically wrecked the machine. Still leaking... I would call any other repair service, not City Master, a zero rating would be appropriate

Someone came on the same day I called, but they didn't seem very knowledgeable or confident on their own and had to use their cellphone a lot to ask someone else about everything including the cost of the visit ect. The problem was found eventually but they weren't sure that changing the expensive part would even fix the problem.Maybe they were just new but I don't think I'd call them again.

Maxim was super nice and came the day after I called. Was able to fix my dryer super quickly and saved me having to buy a new one. Great job!

HORRIBLE, do not hire these people. We got our dishwasher repaired today, paid over $200.00 and it broke again within minutes of the technician leaving, when we called to say that it's not working, they want us to pay another service charge plus repair fee. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. If I could give ZERO stars I would. As to answer your question, NO IT DOES NOT. Nothing of the sort was offered to us. We just paid over $200.00 and the dishwasher still isn't working, do you think that is good business practice? The minute your technician left, we put the racks back in as well as the dishes and went to start the dishwasher and the EXACT SAME PROBLEM happened, therefore your technician did not fix the problem otherwise the dishwasher would be working now..

**SCAM**Our dishwasher was making an off sound we called to have someone come out and look at it. After the service call they told us they could not replace just the heater pump and had to replace much more. After being told it would cost close to 800 dollars we said we’d think about it and more than likely get a new washer. A few hours later they called and all of a sudden could take off all sorts of money. And pressed we needed a decision by the end of the day. We had a pretty good idea this was strange. After going to reliable parts in Winnipeg we replaced the part for 160 dollars after tax. Not only is this disappointing to have been mislead but very disheartening to think we could have just gotten new dishwasher and this nearly perfect one would have landed up in a landfill. So wasteful. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would not trust them at all.**Added after company’s reply **I had a service call on Tuesday April 11 and was most defiantly a real customer this reply is insulting. There is No way to identify myself.

Oven was overheating resulting in everything being burned and safety concerns when using.Technician was quick to diagnose the issue and upfront about the costs to repair.Once part came in they were quick to schedule time to come and finish the job. Just finished using my oven and very happy as repairing MUCH less than buying a new one.Deducting one star as technician showed up with a broken replacement part head office should have verified before sending out resulting in an extra delay.

Love this service. Such a fast response. The owner is so knowledgeable, organized, and with it. The technician was so helpful and accommodating. Will definately use in the future, and I'm recommending to my family and friends because that's the type of service I value. Thank you again.

My invoice says Coffee Machine Repair and Service. Not sure if the two are associated as I brought home City Master Appliances business card.In any event I was completely happy with everything except the bill. First I paid $34.38 for the inspection. I then requested that the person do a quick look and give me an opinion of whether the stand up mixer could be repaired. He the plugged it in and removed the cover and said it appeared to be a minor repair and it could be as simple as replacing a pin or it maybe a flower gear which would be about $45.00 plus a half hour labor however it should be about $100.00. I confirmed that and left as they told me they would confirm by phone shortly. I did get a call while driving home that they could repair the machine and I was of the opinion it was going to be about 130.00 My fault for not questioning the lady caller. When I picked up the machine an hour later the total bill was $150.71 plus tax. Total $167.51. This coupled with the inspection bill totals $201.89All in all good service but very expensive.
