After we got our car done at d's we were rushed for pick up. We got a call at 2:17 and had another call looking for ETA. We picked car up at 2:45... after a quick look my wife didn't wanna hold them up any longer.she decided it was good. After she got in and drove away she noticed a big scratch in the leather passenger seat. I was not to worried for can't prove where it came from. The next day we decided to go for a drive and noticed the seat warmer or seat cooling was not working. Come to find it was a blown fuse.When the kids pulled the console down in the middle of seat there was still stuff stuck to the arm rest and in cup holders and dried sweet and sour sauce in places. For 320$ you figure that wouldn't still be there.They offered to repair but I was not interested in having the fix fixed. After bringing up the middle console they ignored everything.First time having issues with them but it will be my last time there

I used D's for the first time today. So impressed. My puppy was sick in the front seat and they got everything including the horrible smell out of my Journey. Would definitely go back!

They got me in right away for an interior disaster and made my vehicle look and smell like it just came out of the showroom. Great customer service and fair pricing. I’ll be using D’s for my detailing needs from now on.
