I just came from my teeth cleaning with Jenn, and she was amazing! Super friendly service and she is very knowledgeable. The office is beautiful and everything is brand new. I felt way more comfortable in a private environment, honestly I did not feel like I was at a dental appointment. Not to mention my teeth look great :)

Jenn was informative, professional, and completely took away the anxiety and intimidation factor I usually feel going to get my teeth cleaned. The space is gorgeous, and feels like you're in your living room! Thank you :)

My first visit to Urban Smiles was an amazing one! Their staff is warm, friendly, and professional. So happy I have come across Jenn and her fantastic team who made me feel right at home. A bad experience at previous dentist had left me dreading booking a cleaning and whitening elsewhere, but I can genuinely say that Jenn truly cares about you and your experience. I had an appointment with Yvonne for a dental exam and cleaning- the location was very easy to find, the set-up warm and inviting, and getting to choose something to watch on Netflix while the work was being done was the cherry on top! Yvonne was very professional, and explained everything she was doing and made me feel very comfortable. She was thorough, efficient and extremely knowledgeable!! Would 100% recommend.

Yvonne is amazing! Had my cleaning done with her last week. Besides being a super knowledgable/thorough hygienist, she takes her time with you, pays attention to your needs and doesn't make you feel like you're just a number in her schedule like some of the big dental offices do! Already recommending UrbanSmiles to family and friends!

We had such an incredible experience here. Jennifer ‘s obviously extensive experience and professionalism alleviated any nervousness or embarrassment we had prior to our appointments. She was personable, non-judgemental and very accommodating. She opened early on a Saturday so that my partner and I could have back to back appointments as we have a small baby. The cleaning was the most thorough I have had but painless as she was very gentle. We never felt rushed and she even allowed me to pause the service to feed my newborn. Since our visit my teeth and gums have felt much healthier. I would 15/10 recommend Urban Smiles.

I had a little accident where my front tooth filling chipped off. I booked appointment with my dentist to repair the filling but given that I already wanted to whiten my teeth to the natural color (I am 54, coffee drinker and a smoker), I wanted to do whitening before my appointment with dentist, so that he can match the repaired filling to the new (natural) shade. I was searching for a quick solution (other than me whitening at home, which takes a couple of weeks), and I found the Urban Smiles Ottawa :-) I left a message, and Yvonne called me back almost immediately. I explained my situation, and she was very kind to accommodate me on Sunday late afternoon (!).I went in a little skeptical, but as I had little to lose (other than a half the money the dentists' offices normally charge for the same service :-), I decided to give it a try.As I was approaching 88 Florence, I got the message from Yvonne that I can park on their driveway, which was a wow" given that location is downtown and Ottawa center was covered under a thick snow that day.As I went in the Urban Smiles' office

Honestly the best experience I have ever had getting my teeth cleaned. I walked into a very calming environment. Offered a blanket for comfort, T.V remote to play whatever I wanted on Netflix during my appt. It was a very relaxing experience knowing she was not being rushed, or having to wait around for the dentist to do my check up! I really felt like nothing was missed, her full attention was on me with no distractions. It felt like a mini spa experience. My teeth have never been happier!
