Scamming !Google shows the store closes at 9:30pmManager says they close at 9pmWe went at 8:45pm refused entry saying register closes at 8:45pmLike seriously guys ??Its -12 degrees outside what do you expect a customer to drive all the way just to find out they are closed.I totally understand all your problems but the lease you can do is update your hours for more clarity we don’t mind going to other locations and never returning to this particular location.Irresponsible business management.

Had a fantastic experience at this store. 2 of the staffs were exceptional at the counter, namely Umesh Mehra & Gurmehar Singh.Both were fun, professional, great sales men.After the queue, getting to the counter, they made it fun and exciting.Keep the great job. Your energy made the experience special.I highly recommend this store.

I had a great experience at Sketchers - Toronto outlet. Great variety is available with a great deal especially the customers services are very good. I met with the Manager Mr. Raj who guided me with all my queries and provided a great experience for my shopping. Overall, he helped me to choose the perfect shoe for myself.

One of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. I walked into the store with a shoe in hand and was greeted immediately by Umesh who to my surprise instantly recognized the exact shoe I needed to replace not only that but he knew the exact size with out even checking the tag. WOW I was blown away by his product knowledge and eye for detail. Within minutes of stepping into the store and barely saying a word I had exactly what I needed. Great Job to Umesh and the team at Skechers, I highly recommend asking for Umesh. Professional, knowledgeable, and respectful service! Thank you for the ease of purchase and great customer experience!
