My wife and I had been putting off a new vehicle purchase for a while. Both of our cars were in great shape, but we are expecting our third child and neither car has space.We spent months shopping online, looking for the best deal, the right fit for our family. Our past amazing experience with Toyota vehicles led us to start our shopping at Belleville Toyota. We went to just get a feel for the market, but ended up spending well over an hour talking to Ben (fantastic product advisor) about what we needed, what we were looking to spend, opportunities for trade-in, deal breakers and nice-to-haves.We ended up visiting other dealers, and spent far less time. Not just because we felt the Toyota product was superior, but because of the overall experience within the dealership.We ended up with our dream SUV (Toyota Highlander), got a fantastic value on our trade, and felt comfortable and trusting the entire way through the process. The team at Belleville Toyota, especially Ben, worked hard to accommodate all of our questions and requests.He even followed up with us after the purchase to make sure that everything was going smoothly.This was the 5th dealership car purchase for my wife and I, and easily the best.

Melissa was the best! My partner and I just purchased a new 2023 tundra. And Melissa was a great help. We went into the dealership and right away we wanted Melissa as she really is the best. She was friendly, easy to contact, knowledgeable, and overall a great sales consultant.Rob from finance is also really awesome and welcoming. We sadly have some rust on our 2019 4Runner and Rob is helping to get us taken care with that issue. He is really nice and wants his customers to be happy.Overall, we love Toyota and this is the best dealership in town.

What a experience it was with James. He is fantastic salesman. This dealership saved my 8k that I was spending for no reason in Kingston Toyota. After having a terrible experience with kingston toyota then I changed my mind to never get a toyota but a random call to them by me changed the whole thing. They sold me a 2023 rav 4 XLE Hybrid in a month where people are waiting for that vehicle for months. I really appreciate their help and good customer service.
