There are theives that work here. They don't deliver your parcel, just pretend to. Phone them up and they play games with you...can't find your parcel; then someone else claims they have it; demand you pick it up; give you a hassle when you do.Watch out if you have expensive items delivered from this location

Very Disappointed with the robotic Customer service been a good fan of UPS ,DHL& FEDEX for a long time unfortunately all of these services have stooped down in their quality of services i have been playing a to& fro game with these people since last two weeks half of the help is automated but nothing works to the precise query that we ask the driver did not even ring the bell nor i hear any huge knock on the door says he came in twice there was no mail updates for the sender either .I have no idea should i appreciate their unethical services blaming it on the weather & traffic or keep shuttling between the services each time thinking one was better of the other in each circumstances. Until today these services have not realized that no matter how easy the website can be there are millions of people of all ages who cannot access it so proper communication over the telephone is very basic and huge essential requirement. And all these services are entitled to call back follow up and close the tickets once the recipient is checked the tick marks not leave another automated survey to ask how they did very terrible to watch them loose the quality

Good location, but the FedEx people NEVER ring my door bell and we have to keep coming to this location to PICK UP our items.It's frustrating how these delivery service people don't ring the bell and wait for like 10 seconds...

Left multiple automated messages on my phone. Finally someone called me and it turns out the sender never put my house number on the slip so said to call to give it to them. Tried calling and everything was automated and finally talked to someone that wasn’t even at that location just for them to tell me they can’t change the address since it’s coming from apple. I was not changing the address you called to tell me you needed the house number. Give a number where you can actually talk to someone at the location. Also don’t leave automated messages with no information. This is also the senders issue not mine so stop blowing up my phone.

Yet again Fed Ex leaves me waiting for a full day and doesn't deliver. This isn't the first time. This isn't the second time or the third. This is the fourth time Fed Ex in Canada has asked me to wait around for a full day...to not deliver. They waste your time. They don't care. They are the absolute worst. Samsung Canada should be using Canada Post or Purolator..Fed Ex makes me want to shop with someone else. They told me before noon. Then before 6 pm. Then before 10 pm... or this. So I get to wait around for a second day. Thanks for nothing Fed Ex.
