Worst place i have ever lived. I wouldn't recommend it even as a prison. Staff seem friendly but when you really need them they aren't helpful at all. They will do everything to not help you and stay with your money. Rooms are always dirty when you arrive, and you can't change roomates for any reason, even valid ones.

since Nov.2nd I’ve moved in to the centennial college’s residence. Ever since moving to I noticed the dirtiness and low hygiene of my room since day one. My room temperature is low and in this cold weather it’s impossible to stay warm only by wearing clothes! I tired to keep the room warmer, but I faced a message from my roommate.According to my understanding each room needs to have its own contract, signed in a meeting with all the roommates attended and their signature on the agreement. This hasn’t happened in my case. I haven’t seen any efforts made from the floor manager to make this happen. So I assume the letter above makes no sense.I’ve been trying to raise my voice to the resident’s managers. I’ve spoken personally to almost everyone in charge, have sent emails, but I haven’t been offered any solutions. Some of you might have even seen me spending most of my day in the lobby. Unfortunately, or fortunately I can’t show you the awful smell of the room due this low hygiene circumstances. adding the careless of my roommates in providing a peaceful environment in the room so I can study, sleep and live in that room.

The stay was fine. Some problems at first but solved them out with my roommates. But getting out is a scam made by the whole building. I sent numerous letters to the manager concerning my withdrawal from classes AND the residence, yet they never even bother telling me if I'm good to go or not. They ended up making me pay a second time for a month i already pre-paid beforehand and then they want me to find someone to replace me for my room. I did everything they asked and yet still not considered evicted"?! Indeed not the best home style hotel. Wouldn't recommend if you plan to stay just for a few months. It's either a full semester or nothing."
