Horrible man at the ticket counter. I overheard him being absolutely rude to a customer! Would not have taken this bus tonight had the more reliable one been available. I used to travel regularly with this carrier until I experienced one too many fiascos!

I can't even explain the amazing reception I had by the manager in Winnipeg Assa. He went above and beyond regular service in this industry. A very kind and caring soul who loves spontaneity and surprises. So very giving that I am able to share a great moment with my son, which he understood wholeheartedly. WOW, that kind of service is almost unheard of in this day and time. It reminds me of the old days when people really cared. Thanks again!

Worst experience using public transportation. The driver was rude and verbally abusive to passengers inuding myself. I've posted my experience below. Very disappointed with this company, the Bus driver and how management handled it.

The bus broke down, very unorganized, situations that should have been covered and well thought after was not done. Spent over 5 hours in a cold bus with no heat, with my kids on top of that, because they say of mechanical problems. Even with these said mechanical problems, there was nothing open, no garages, no shelter and this was a broken bus with newborns to older people with medical conditions. And well over 12 hours on busses and they still are going around in giving me a refund. Will not be traveling with ncn thompson bus lines.

The ride was perfect the service at the Thompson depot was perfect. Until the driver used his phone while driving 100kl/hr on the highwayIt was on the run from Thompson to Winnipeg on September 2. The second driver, the one from WinnipegIt is illegal and unsafe to operate any vehicle while using a cell phoneMy safety matters if not to you driver!

I have traveled to and from Winnipeg on the Thompson Bus Line. To Winnipeg the bus was cold but like most buses the seating is always crammed. I then traveled back to Thompson from Winnipeg. The bus at this point was warm and cozy. I would say comfortable regardless of being crammed. But when we arrived at Grand Rapids we switched drivers with the other Thompson Bus. The bus slowly began to get cold, and colder. It felt like the air conditioning was on. As I got colder the more uncomfortable the seat got and I got.
