The owner was selling a travel trailer for someone else. It was very difficult to deal with him.Finally the financial part was done and I was supposed to pick it up on Monday at 3.30pm he had me waiting there till 6pm without anybody showing up. ( he is open till 5 pm) I called text and emailed but no answer. And soon when I left he send me an email and told me I was thinking it was tomorrow because he didn’t read his emails. De dropped of the trailer at my house the next day.He only wants to make quick cash and very unprofessional to deal with even the owner from the trailer told me that.

Bought a used 2012 trailer off them I was on the road so friend and wife looked at it was purchased it and a couple weeks I got to see it wanted to see it closed up but was told no power so it went through inspection and when it came to our house we opened it and kitchen side was making banging noises checked it and teeth were missing on side out was told they didn't have a clue and that's when we figured out that's why they didn't open or close it in front of us been in the shop 5 weeks waiting for parts cancelled 2 trips so far they should of been honest with us they absolutely knew what was wrong gears and tracks have to be replacednice lateriwasgot a chance to see it was very nice wanted to see it closed up but was told no power update 4mth in the shop new gear packs and rails for slide out still won't work right over 3000 in repairs nothing fixed put through a inspection from Ray before we bought it dealer says there's no way someone didn't know this was not working less then zero stars

I purchased my first and my second RV from Ray. I found him to be practical, helpful and honest. He took the time to explain all the details of RV life. I highly recommend Ray, you know you are being treated as a friend.
