Do not trust them and ask for bill to save yourself the headache if something goes wrong. I made an order for a pillow top matress. they made me a regular one with a hard foam on the bottom and a medium firm on the top , I went back to the store thinking they gave me the wrong one. they told me the guy I made the order with went to a trip to India they need to contact him first , I called the second day to follow up with this case they hung up on me , tried to call again they won't answer the phone .Just to make it clear the matress still in the plastic wrap and went back to the store in less then 24 hours and these guys behave in a very non professional way.I'm blaming myself for being too trusty ,the guy appeared to me friendly, I didn't even bather to ask for a bill I just paid and walked out.
