I've been coming to Bur Oak Dental since 2009 when I lived close by, and Cindy has been my Hygienist since then. My overall experience at each appointment has always been positive. The receptionists are welcoming and efficient. I moved downtown more than ten years ago and Cindy is the main reason I return for my appointments. She does her job well while making me feel heard and comfortable. Now I don't mind going to the dentist even if it's for a filling rather than a cleaning because their dentists are very skilled too.

We've known Dr. Gupta and dental hygienist Cindy for over 10 years now and their customer service continues to be top notch. Dr. Yang (sp?) is new to us but he's great too- attentive and thorough. Reception staff are always friendly and office/treatment rooms are very clean...I admired their sanitation practices and safety precautions that they implemented during the height of pandemic. I felt safe and so did my whole family. Thank you!

Been to Bur Oak Dental for many years. Staff and dentists are nice and friendly. Facilities are clean. Text and email appointments reminding system are great. My hygienist, Cindy, is very nice and professional; I feel comfortable and relaxing. Surely will recommend Bur Oak Dental to my friends.

Dr Huang is amazing. I had a chipped tooth and was anxious about getting it fixed. The staff quickly helped me get an appointment and Dr Huang did such a great job. Call-out also to Lena for great service. Dr Gupta, hats off for assembling an A++ team

I have been going to Bur Oak Dental at the McCowan location for 10+ years. The staff are pleasant but my hygienist Cindy is awesome! She's patient and kind, and very precise at her work. She takes the time to do a thorough cleaning & ensure my comfort every visit. I still come to see her for my dental needs even though I moved to a different city! Every visit is a positive experience. I highly recommend Cindy for her thorough expertise and professionalism.

I've been going to Bur Oak Dental for 10+ years. I find the staff, dentists, and hygienist very professional. My hygienist, Cindy, is especially thoughtful and careful at her work. She's very thorough and would explain any areas of concern by reviewing the images with you. She never rushes to complete her task. I really appreciate that! Been going to Bur Oak Dental for many years now. Staff are always very pleasant and easy to work with. Ever since the start of the pandemic, they've created a really coherent system of communicating with patients that have added confidence to my visits. Dr. Wang, and hygienists Christina and Cindy are always really polite and thorough, offering advice to better my oral health. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a friendly community dental clinic!
