We rented a long size-extended camping van for a week and mom+daughter drove to Banff. The van was well designed inside. Great storage, comfortable bed foams, stove, good cooler, privacy black windows, clean, etc.. I was nervous about renting a 'used' van, but the van engine, tires, brakes, were all good. However, there was a mechanical issue with the van that affected steering -an over sight by the mechanic-rather than a maintenance issue. The owner of the business (Gary?) was outstanding. His lady office gal was so kind and helpful also. He helped us thru the on road repairs and was very fair in refund. When we returned the van I hoped there would not be a quarrel or dispute about the refund after all that happened, instead he took FULL responsibility as a business owner. His kindness and integrity were amazing!! By his attitude and actions we were satisfied customers - so I would 100% rent again from this co again. We had a great trip and his camper vans are affordable. I have already referred two people. Thank you!

Expect some problems when u buy car here. Mine have o2 sensor problem in few days after I bought the car here. I install new o2 sensor and new code pop up its bad catalictic converter. I notice a little bit of rad leak but I just ignore it. now(6moths later) it got worst that I have to top up every 2 weeks. There are times when gas pedal stopped working and u have to turn off the engine and turn it backed on again. it happen to me 3 times on the road at the stop light and twice on drive thru over 6 months of having the car. still I drove the car with all there problems. thats what I get for cheap cars I guess. or maybe im just not lucky like people who give 5 stars here

Pick up and drop off at YVR airport. I rented a Ford Fusion for a week.People were great; car and rental fee were really good.I will definitely support this local business next time I'm in town.

Gary included a 6 month warranty, and shelving for a cargo van and is a man of his word. The best part about his dealership, is the in house mechanics that will fix anything wrong with the vehicle asap. I highly recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to check out Azure Auto Gallery.

Gary is awesome. I bought my Ford Escape 2008 in June 2020, took a biiiiig trip in August (about 11 000km up to NWT and back with nice detours in the Rockies) and Roger (that's my car's name) did an amazing job!! Had a problem at the beginning with AC but Gary fixed it for free and was super nice to have a general look at my car just before I took the road to make sure I was safe. It's been 4 months and 13 000km and everything goes great. Gary was professional, trustworthy and helpful, next car I buy will definitely be with him! Thanks again for everything :)

I recently rented an outfitted Dodge Grand Caravan from Azure Auto for an 8 day driving/camping trip around BC and over to Banff/Lake Louise.This vehicle was so comfortable for the two of us!! We had a lot of gear and the price was fantastic… better than any other sites I looked at. The folks at Azure made it simple and I would have no hesitation in renting from them again! Picked up a car that I really liked for a great price from Gary who's down to earth and easy to chat with. A week after driving it, the engine light came on and had the car back for a diagnosis the next day. They gave me a loaner car for a couple of days and fixed the issue with the car, no questions asked. Their technician Asif did a really thorough diagnostic and cut no corners trying to isolate the problem.Outstanding customer service and impressed by the calibre of work. I definitely recommend doing business with these guys.

Every-time I work out In Vancouver I rent from Gary. The front desk woman is very nice, and if you take your time to talk to them they are very reasonable in their prices. In terms of the cars, sure some of them are old, but for me as long as they run well it doesn't matter. For the price your paying, you definitely receive value.They are even nice enough to drop me off at the airport if they have time. Which is a huge bonus for me.
