The Claim Manager program is very simple to use, does not require installation of any software, and is accessible 24x7 from any web based computer. The PHN birthdate search function saves time and avoids typos. I am now able to do my billings in minutes at the end of the day. I couldn't be happier with this service.

We have been using the Claim Manager software system for the last 1.5 years and have been very happy with the service for several reasons. First, the customer service is very good and Olga and the team there are extremely helpful and responsive to our needs whenever we have questions.Second, the pricing for Claim Manager is excellent. I was very perturbed to find other services out there that charge a percentage of physician billing with no cap. I have no problem paying for a service but I don't understand why they are allowed to make (theoretically) unlimited money off the physician for marginally incremental service. With Claim Manager we pay a flat yearly fee that is extremely reasonable. Yes, I do the billing myself, but CM makes the process incredibly easy.Third, Claim Manager has continued to update and improve their system at no extra charge. The system for anesthesia batch billing makes the system even easier than it was before.Overall, I cannot recommend Claim Manager enough. It's everything I want in a billing service - affordable, responsive, and constantly improving.

I switched to Claim Manager after my current billing software (Anaesthesia) is going off line, the search for a good billing software is lengthy and frustrating. I am so glad that I discovered Claim Manager via Google search.Claim Manager is super easy to use, after 1 private teaching session over the phone (about 1 hour) I was able to bill as if I've been using it for years.1. Simple and Easy! The layout of the interface is very intuitive and easyto follow.2. Accurate Billing! Claim Manager will automatically generate all the subbilling after your initial data input. (patient over 70 year old or after hourservice Ect.) I wont take this for granted because one of the software Iwas trying out does not do this.3. Outstanding Supporting team, accessible and knowledgeable!I can not believe how dedicated their support team are. They get backto my phone call or emails in a very timely manner, way beyond 9-5.Most important thing is they know all the regulations & rules, up-to-date payment schedules. I hardly receive any refusals now.If you are in the process of looking for a billing software to start new or replace your old one, look no further, this is your best pick!

I'm a physician and new to practice. I searched, compared and asked my colleagues about the many billing options available out there with clerks, software and programs. Claim Manager is superb! The program is easy to use, the reports are detailed and the batch services feature makes for a fast and efficient billing process. But the true highlight is the support you receive with Claim Manager. Olga is simply outstanding! She is always available, patient, caring and goes the extra mile. This support from Olga itself is worth every penny, and much more!

I have a solo focused medical practice in two different BC locations. My office staff have benefited from the excellent service and support provided by Claim Manager and their support personnel who have been readily available every time we needed them for their friendly help and expert advice. The fact that I can access my billing records, that are stored in the Claims Manager’s secure servers, from any computer in my two offices, or from any other location where I may be temporarily located, has been particularly helpful. The transition from my office’s previous much less versatile billing program, with adaption of the new program to my office’s specific needs, was achieved smoothly by Claim Manager with benefit to my staff. I have no hesitation in recommending Claim Manager. It is an easy to use billing program with excellent service.
