Didnt notify me that my unit was closing only 6 days away after almost 5 years of waiting. Price gougers 40K for a single parking spot.

As a first time home buyer I was not sure what to expect but my experience with Coletara has been nothing but positive. There was so much that I didn't know and they walked me through the whole process. My new home was completed by the expected date and the quality of the finishes were above my expectations. Live at 15 Queen St S in Hamilton with my girlfriend who purchased. Building is not completed over a year after occupancy, and what is completed is often sloppy. Very concerned if Coletara will be able to complete this building, and she regrets purchasing from them.

This was the first time we have bought a new home from a builder and we were very happy with the whole experience. The sales staff were very helpful with the purchase and in helping us pick the upgrades we wanted. The builder responded quickly to any questions we had and kept us updated with letters and emails regarding the progress on our home. Any minor concerns were addressed and fixed in a reasonable time period. We look forward to living in our new home.
