It is a typical A&W, staff is not very interactive and borderline rude. The fries were very dry, like they'd been sitting for awhile as for the atmosphere, what can I say... it's inside a gas station

I went last night on my way home and had a very pleasant experience!! June was such a wonderful person to talk to and be served by!! I will most definitely be coming back this has become my favourite location based on the interaction I had with him alone!!! Food was good and the staff was even better!

So we’ve given this A&W a few tries but I think it’s the last. Mistakes in orders happen, that’s okay. But they won’t listen long enough to put in the order, they rush you through the drive through and dismiss what you say when you try and order, specifications especially, they give attitude and you’re arguing over if they heard you or not. Just to have your order messed up and them tell you that you never asked for that. Then after an attitude they give and old pie to say sorry, but you gotta wait in the parking lot for 20 mins first. My best recommendation for this location is to teach the employees to be patient with orders, to listen to the customers and confirm orders before putting them through, they like to rush when they aren’t busy, and that’s when things get missed. To also not have an attitude with customers when it was a mess up, like I said they happen but I don’t appreciate feeling like I messed up when I tried to tell them my order 3 times. You can get a lot further with a positive attitude and people are more willing to work with you. I understand how customers can be but try and be nice to the nice and patient ones. If you like being talked down to when you were clear and you waited 20 mins for a wrong order, then come here.

Basic A&W food, good quality chicken in both their fingers and burgers. The Onion Rings were not up to the standard we expect, some were very overcooked, thus why the 4 star rating.

Ordered through the drive through. After payment, I realized I forgot to add honey mustard on the side, as I was waiting for my food I asked the guy for one. He said no problem. Then this lady came and she seemed hesitant to give me my bag, she was talking to the guy. She then gives me the bag. I go home and the honey mustard wasn’t even there.This is so unprofessional and rude. If you wanted me to pay for just say so, don’t lie and give me a fake smile. Badservice.

The one star is for A&W joining the “nickel and dime club”. Charging .15 cents for a bag FOR YOUR FOOD!? Get wrecked.This is unpackaged food and has nothing to do with Edmontons new bylaw 20117 that went into effect recently. Fix yourself.

I made specific changes to my order and all changes were made as requested. Unfortunately, the onion rings were not hot at all. I had to come home and put them in the air fryer to make them warm again.

A great location for truckers! Good burgers ,service and atmosphere. No big lineups for dine in. Friendly courteous staff.
