Bob's Variety

Very welcoming, very pleasant atmosphere. They are always very busy but very friendly however there should be a seperate lottery kiosk for gamblers because a lot of customers go there to play there lottery tickets and end up holding up the line for people shopping.

This store is small but good to bye lotto tickets as it is a small variety shop.

The owners and employees are very friendly. I always go here to buy lotto tickets, or send items through the post office. I've been a customer for years and will continue to be a customer for years to come!

The staff is very rude. I wanted to do some photocopies with my coupons. The guy thought I made 20 copies. That is not true. The old staff as Asian woman was so much better. They were friendly and helpful. Long story short the guy with the glasses followed me to outside. He asked me if I had the money to pay for the photocopies I told him I don't have the money. Then the other guy decided to followed me outside demanding me to pay for the photocopies I told him I don't have the money. Then he said I got you on video and don't come back here " I am like this is the you treat your customers with being disrespectful. The debit machine is down. If you can't find anyone good to treat the customers with respect then just close this place. I used to like this place for canada post service. I am not coming back to this place. This place is understaffed and some of the Indian people treat some of the people disrespectful."

Had an issue with a parcel we had sent through Canada Post and the person I spoke to on the phone at Bob's Variety was very helpful and solved the issue right away. Thanks!

an asian lady accused my friends of stealing. when we were just looking at air freshener. PLUS the items in there is crazy expensive a coffee drink is nearly 5 dollars so are chips. I understand inflation, but wow.

All staff are friendly, especially post office customer service. Lose one star cuz there is a guy there that can’t for the life of me remember me as a regular customer. I buy lottery tickets there and he keeps asking me for ID… like I’m a regular customer there hello lol

this store has different rules for different people. I went in Oct 01 2020, and one person out of 3 , not wearing COVID19 mask: asked the two ladies behind the counter why they allowed him in without a mask. No response, she was scared to admit why in front of the irresponsible man without a mask. I got into a brief discussion with the person and while holding his cigarette box said some people don't have to wear mask. Where is the logic. I blame the store : they have a warning on the entry door must wear mask"

Good customer service, very friendly & we can buy everything that we need in this store
