Spouse went to location, booked in for 5:30pm, she was told at 5:35pm she didn’t have an appointment (she had an email confirmation for 5:30 that day.) She was then told that she could be fit in later at 8:00pm. After coming back for 8 she was told that there was no one to cut her hair. No compensation for the time driving there twice, only told that it wouldn’t happen again. Won’t be happening at least to her - she won’t be returning after the extremely poor service.

I would leave no stars if I could. I will say the girls are nice but clueless. Went for a trim and root touch. To reference I have very short blond hair. I left with yellow roots and white/ silver ends. Not at all what I wanted, went back for a correction and now it’s 3 different colors. None of which are what I want. I will never be back there seeing as they can’t seem to get blonde correct

Been here quite a few times to get my hair done by Mya. She is a wonderful stylist and she always is the friendliest. WI’ll be back in future and would recommend.

I have booked an appointment at 3.30 at one location and after arrival, I had from the receptionist that they not willing to serve the waxing for me due to some reason. They could have informed me in prior instead of holding it till my arrival. However, they have managed to book another appointment in a hour. After the service they charged me $102 whereas I was told price is $77 with taxes at the time of booking the service. I want to hear from the owner that why you have overcharged from me. At the top such miscommunication. contact me on priority.

So happy I found Mya! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and excited! She is honest, personable and so fun to talk to. I showed her a picture of what colour I was looking for and I got exactly what I wanted! Highly recommend Mya. She’s the best at what she does!!

I have been going there for about 3 years. I booked for a brow wax brow timt and a lip wax. The esthetican did not know how to do a brow tint so it was done. I was told to go to their location onPodtland st. Nobody to try to see if anyone was available to do the tint. I was charged 45.00 dollard and was I was nooked for the Monday gor the tint and told me they would knock off 10 percent. Big deal. This was not the fault of the esthecian but the receptionist. She should of booked me with somebody that does not know how to to a service. I would not recomend karas at all. They do not know how to treat their lotyal client.

Mya has been doing my hair for over a year now, she is amazing. She does amazing work and will send you off looking your best! I always recommend Mya to everyone!
