They have no problem taking payments but when they withdrew money on the wrong day and I got a nsf fee they said they would cover it.i have been waiting months for the payment even sent prof of the nsf fee. For a company that’s making thousands off me what’s 48 dollars

Had a fraud case opened on my account the day my payment was due to come out so my account was locked even though I had no control over this happening they are charging me a huge non payment fee!!! I will be finding an alternative ASAP
