I recently visited LensCrafters to fix my broken glasses, and I must say, they provided me with excellent customer service. The staff was very attentive and promptly addressed my needs. I was expecting to pay a fee to fix my glasses, but to my surprise, they didn't charge me anything. They took care of the issue in no time, and I walked out of the store a very satisfied customer.Their service was top-notch, and I highly recommend LensCrafters for anyone in need of eyewear or optical services. I appreciate the way they value their customers, and I will definitely be returning for any future eyewear needs. Overall, my experience at LensCrafters was a positive one, and I couldn't be more pleased with their exceptional service.

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the staff and they let me browse. I described the kind of sunglasses I was looking for and was introduced to a few brands that fit my style. The staff had a great knowledge of their product and were very patient and willing to answer all my questions. I ended up going with a couple of Oakley’s which I really like.Honestly a very smooth and seamless experience from beginning to end. I will be back here with my family for more glasses.

Another great experience at our local LensCrafters. Today I dealt with Lois, who was very pleasant , friendly and approachable. We’ve been dealing with this location for years now. Really like the friendly atmosphere and the staff have always been nice, friendly and professional. Had to get a minor repair done. It was done in less than 10 minutes. If you’re looking for a nice friendly location, then I would def recommend this LensCrafters. Thanks again Lois for a great experience.

I was seen at LensCrafters today and Mahta was absolutely amazing! She was kind and helped me fix my glasses right away! The entire staff seemed very nice and pleasant as well. Will definitely refer people in future!

We got our glasses done from LensCrafters sometime back. Recently we went there to replace the nose pads. Although it was a busy time for the staff with some customers, we were promptly met by one staff member and asked to leave the glasses at the store and come back after 45mts. When we returned the glasses were done and ready for pickup. We were really happy with the service rendered by the courteous staff.

Best service I have ever had. Soraya was so good at her job. She made the experience worth going back. The staff at the clinic on-site and Dr. Dhindsa were also fantastic. Recommend this location.
