As a Property Manager, I take pride in having well maintained properties and landscaping. I have high expectations on what results to expect from contractors and how they should work with me as a customer, but I am often disappointed. This was not the case with Forestwood. From the beginning, Mike and Michelle have been great to work with. Communication was clear, consistent and timely. Mike took the time to walk the property with me, honestly answer my questions and explain what he thought should be done to maintain/prune my 15+ trees and hedges. The price was reasonable and the job was done in a timely manner. The crew was well supervised and executed the pruning and cleanup wonderfully.If you take pride in your property and want your tree maintenance executed with ease, Forestwood is the company to use. I highly recommend their services, and going forward will be using them exclusively.

Without hesitation, we would easily recommend Forestwood Tree Services. We picked this company after reading extensive reviews on Google and Home Star. Communication through email was extremely easy. Mike showed up exactly as scheduled for a quote. He was extremely informative who was obviously passionate about his work. Since this was our first time pruning our large Maple tree, we were extremely hesitant because we truly loved this tree. Mike answered all of our questions helping to reassure us of our decision. In terms of the quality of the work, a large team from Forestwood Tree Services arrives at our house at the scheduled time. The entire team was extremely friendly. Each step was explained in advance to help ensure we fully understood the scope of the project. Mike came to our door twice to ask if his team could enter our neighbours backyard and to move our vehicle from the driveway to help ensure there was no damage to it while transporting branches from our backyard. He didn’t have to do either but we certainly appreciated it. Cleanup was done well. Everything was taken off our property. And lastly, our tree looks fantastic. We can’t wait to spend the Summer outside under it without having to worry about anything falling from it. Again, if looking for a tree company, I wouldn’t waste my time looking anywhere else. I’m extremely picky and Forestwood Tree Service met all our needs!

The team at Forestwood were quick, clean, safe and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with Michelle in coordinating our job, and on-site with Mike through the site review and estimation process. On the day of the job, Mike and team were respectful and responsive to any real-time adjustments. All in all, a very smooth process that I would recommend and use again in the future.

A big thank you to Mike and Michelle for helping us to clear the broken branch from our backyard. We spoke to Michelle who arranged for a visit to provide for a quote the very next day. Mike arrived within the time slot provided. He was friendly and confident about how the problem could be solved. We decided to go ahead with them. The next day we expressed our urgency about the matter and they were extremely understanding. Mike and his team arrived the same day and did a thorough job to remove the fallen branch. They cleared everything before leaving. It was a pleasant experience working with them. We will definitely be using their services in the future and recommending them to friends.

Very friendly and hardworking crew! They always checked in with me to ensure that I was satisfied before moving on to the next part/section. Pruning and removing a tree is always a messy job, but you wouldn't have even thought that they were there after the work was completed! They work efficiently, clean and have very competitive prices! I use to always go with the bigger companies for these type of jobs thinking they would do the best work, but that isn't the case. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have tree work done!

They arrived on time, at least a six-member crew took down and removed a tree and they were all needed to handle a big tree limb that we needed removing from a second tree. Pleasant guys, they cleaned up nicely, left us with some firewood, and were done in about 90 minutes
