Dealt with Eric and his family for 5+ years. Mallory is great behind the counter with advice and a smile. They seem to know all of their customers by name. The service is fantastic and they have a large inventory of accessories. I've purchased 2 bikes from Eric and plan to buy more in the future.

I been coming here for some time now. Good buddy of mine Mike Stewart took me thereEric and the staff are great. Took my bike there last year and had a lot of work done to her. This will be long so below is a condensed version of my opinion and Im only talking about ATV/Motorcycle parts and accessory's leaving equipment ect out of the equation. (your welcome for that one.)Eric's is sometimes like dealing with a guy on Kijiji. You have to know what you want, where else you can get it, how much its worth and above all else be ready to walk away.If you know these things you can make educated decisions on what you should and should not buy from Eric's but in general consumable parts (OIl,brakes,bushings,bearings,chains ect) have competitive pricing along with some of their helmets and gloves if you catch them at the right time of the year but you are going to want to part shop for basically everything else before you make a purchase.THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BUY OEM PARTS!!!On one hand the people have been very nice and have good advice but on the other I have to say that the customer service is wonderful only so long as there are no problems but if there are any problems it seems to be your problem not the stores.Ive been ordering parts from Erics basically for the last 9 months once every week or two and years before that on and off, The people there are more than happy to spend time with you talking about parts and why or what something is ect and I would fully recommend Eric's Motorsports for ordering COMMON Parts/Accessorys such as tires oil/gas filters bushings/bearings brake pads ect. Or for buying a Helmet/Jacket, there's a markup ON EVERYTHING but to me its worth it to be able to try on a Helmet, gloves or whatever.However it has to be said that Ive waited months after shipping deadlines and at NO POINT was I ever contacted to update me on progress or to apologize ect I only ever got news when I called them and asked for updates. Like I said above, if everything went well they will call you when its ready, If ANYTHING went wrong your going to have to harass them for updates and they have yet to offer me any kind of apology let alone compensation.And to be clear on multiple occasions I have given up on Erics and ordered them from a different dealer only to get those ones first or even made the part by hand instead of waiting.Ive not been burned badly but Ive not given them opportunity to by doing more than ordering parts but even there Im sure Ive lost probably close to 3-400 bucks considering everything.BE WARNED ordering parts from Eric's is much like buying something off of Amazon, yes technically there is a return policy but they make it so difficult you probably wont do it, there is no benefit ordering from Erics compared to ordering online unless your away and cant receive packages (Story of my life sadly.)But here's the horror story so to speak.I recommended Erics Motorsports when my friends ATV needed to be rebuilt but upon disassembly of the engine it was found to be not worth it financially (still changed something like 400-500 bucks to take the thing apart just in man hours[As an untrained guy I am Ive done the same job in 2-3 hours 3-4 times now and really it should take less with proper tools and training...]) so he went and (himself bought and picked up) a new complete engine from QB for the bike and went and got a quote to have it installed. The quoted amount was exceeded by close to 1.5 thousand dollars as I recall. They didn't stop and call him or check to make sure that it would be okay they just handed him the bill when it was done. Some argument ensued as I recall but after all was said and done he figured it wasn't worth it payed the bill and walked away.In my Opinion Erics Motorsports is closer to the Friendly slightly Irresponsible guy working out of his Garage with awesome tools then to a professional grade dealership, without the benefits, with the cost.What can I say other then they don't guarantee ANYTHING they do, Its YOUR problem if something goes wrong I cant stress this enough.

Stopped in with a bare tire during my return of a cross Canada trip. They did not have my size in stock nor could they fit me in for a tire change that day but the staff phoned around town to find me tire and get me sorted out. They were very helpful even though I did not buy anything from them. That is service!

Great service with knowledgeable staff. Also good selection of accessories.

We received an incorrect parcel from an out of province sender. After speaking via telephone to numerous people from The courier that delivered it, some not so pleasant, a helpful woman finally advised us to take it to this establishment. The owner has a nice small business set up as well as being the couriers pick up point. Was very polite, courteous and a huge help to our situation.

Popped in today and bought a new-pair of gloves, came back later to exchange them and staff was more than helpful finding a better fitting pair. wasn't rushed although they were busy. Great prices and the young fella working the front desk cash, very polite and helpful. Worth a visit for MC accessories and parts, lots of stock!!

BUYER BEWARE-Eric's Motorsports Oromocto......I made an appointment on Monday to get several issues fixed with my motorcycle. The appointment was supposed to be for today. I dropped it off last night and Eric told me he would call me when it was ready. I called after lunch today to see how it was going and he said that he was missing a gasket and was waiting for one to come from a local supplier and would call me back to let me know what was going on. I waited until supper time with no calls so I called. I asked if my bike would be ready today and the rep stated they were waiting for the gasket (no straight answer). I asked again after letting him know he didn't answer my question the first time. He said it wouldn't be ready. I told him I wasn't happy I had to chase them for the status on my bike and that they forgot the gasket when I made the appointment and that I was coming in to pick it up. Upon my arrival, I found my bike to be held hostage until I paid the Re-stocking fee for the parts. Arguing ensued and he even said he couldn't get my bike out of the shop because it was closed out back. I told him he broke the agreement to fix my bike TODAY so I shouldn't have to pay the re-stocking fee. I was getting nowhere. So I decided to buy the parts outright and then the garage was magically open out back.Adding insult to injury, their practice is to ride your bike through mud puddles to and from the back shop. The mechanics apparently don't know how to mount a bike either as they left a huge scuff of mud across my seat.He stated that he wasn't going to lose money on parts because of My choice" to take my bike after they ordered the parts. As a business owner I would've pointed out to him that my return business was worth much more than that re-stocking fee. I know when to quit and I don't think he would've grasped the concept Anyway so I didn't enlighten him on this very basic business practice.I do not recommend this business to my fellow biker friends"

Bought a brand new 2019 bike. Brought 2 ATV's in for servicing one came back. took it out with the new 2019 engine blew.Other bike goes back in after servicing. Both bikes enter shop spring 2020. Don't see either bike until spring 2021. One bike gets engine rebuild. Other gets carburetor rebuild. Both bikes spend winter at shop. I pay for both. First trip out is anniversary! Neither bike works...One bike throttle sticks engine rebuild" one bike carburetor leaks fuel "carburetor rebuild" bikes Go back in shop. I don't get bikes back for 3 more months. Get bikes back finally. Get charged again for another carburetor rebuild. Excuse "I didn't store it right" I'm sure if I had it more then a season I could try but whatever I'm out of the shop. Bring them home. As for the servicing the original reason they went in. Every tire low on air
